Will my in pump expansion result in gains....

So I’ve been air pumping for around 10 weeks now. When i first tried my vacutech elliptical tube i was worried it was a little to roomy and my sack wanted to be dragged in quite a lot. But i persevered. At the start my unit did NOT pack any part of the tube during my session from start to finish.
Fast forward another 11 weeks and now my unit packs the tube about 2/3rds of its length width ways and my base packs depth ways thus preventing the sack wanting in. My meg also packs to as it has a little belly at that point. This happens quite early on in my session( approx 5mins). During my pumping time my routine has only changed very slightly so has remained very consistent. Since i wrapped my tube in a heat mat a pre-heated for 30min it has made a big difference.
Results so far……my beg has increased by 0.1 (from 5.3 to 5.4). My meg has gained possibly 0.15 but not confirmed yet as i rarely take 48hours off. My unit stays at 5.08 from end of 1 session to next days session pretty much spot on.
My questions and opinions wanted are on the following…..
1. Does greater expansion in tube always result in gains over time with consistency? Because my unit is much bigger in tube (without fluid buildup). In tube it must measure roughly 5.4 meg although post routine it hovers around 5.2meg so not much post routine expansion.
2. Is it true that once certain areas pack the tube more force is put on the non packed areas? I hope so because from about 2/3rds up my shaft to just behind the glands there is a big taper which id like to even out! My behind the glans girth looks small and the only plus is that is exaggerates my head size.
