So I used my pump three times already. I got it last Thursday. I did a 5 minute session that day, 8 minutes on Friday, took the weekend off, did it again today for about 10 minutes. I’ve yet to hit 5 hg, just sitting between 2 to 4 or so. I keep fearing my dick’s going to explode.

I have to say, entirely honestly, my dick looks as if it’s hanging fuller throughout the day. I love this! I also notice more veins when erect, and I feel like it’s just the slightest bit girthier (which is my goal) and even longer. I mean, if I’m not deluding myself, and this is only a few sessions in, I should probably get some decent gains in 3 months time.

The thing is, I love pumping. It’s so conveinent. No focus like with jelqing. I just pump up and sit at the level (I get a great seal, luckily), and wait it out. It’s amazing. I put on some porn to entertain me while I wait. Once I finish my session, I jerkoff quick, and it feels great.

Hey, a few questions:

1) Are you supposed to cum more (not precum, I know this happens) after pumping? I felt like a shot a huge load.

2) When you’re done, do you just tug it off your dick, or disconnect the couplers or what? Slowly release pressure somehow?

3) I notice my erections start out a big ‘spongy’, if you will, and take slightly longer to get fuller now, but once they get fully erect, they’re bigger. Is this normal? And by a bit longer, I mean like, 20 seconds - it could just be a fluke, as I only just started, so I can’t rightfully say it’s just doing this now due to pumping.

Since your questions are not always asked, I’ll answer some of them.

1) Not necessarily.

2) Use the release valve on your pump.

3) Either its residual lymph fluid, or you have some temporary decrease in EQ (erectile quality) due to fatigue from the pumping. If its fatigue, laying off for a day or so will return you to normal.

Please do your homework so you know whats going on as you PE. You just have one dick, you really want to make sure you understand what you are doing to make sure you avoid problems.

Mate you stll need to jelq or hang in combination with the pump; unless you are only interested in increasing girth, which the pump is best at. Growth by pump alone takes a long time.

I think Braingasm’s statement is correct for the majority of people. There are those lucky few who can make some pretty good gains(both length and girth) by pumping alone; but I’m sure those lucky few would make even more gains if they jelqed/hang.

Summary; he made amazing gains through pumping. Although I believe he may be a genetic exception in terms of his penile growth response to pumping, there is ton of very good information in that thread in regards to pumping ideas.

Wait, other quick question - when you pump, are you supposed to pump up to your hg, say, 4-5, then release, then pump back, and repeat? Or do you just pump to a set pressure and stay at it?

I’ve just been SITTING at a set pressure, but the term “pumping” makes me think you pump up and down, inflate, delate, back and forth for the duration of a session.

Which is it?

I could see both working. One’s like clamping, holding at a prolonged point. The other is similar to jelqing or maybe ballooning? Going up and down.

I may try both, but I’ll wait to see what everyone here says.

Read some of the links recommended, it will answer most of your questions.

The answer there are many ways to pump, all can work and all can fail…it depends on application. There are those who static pump…set the vacuum, put in their time,and get out. There are those who cycle the pressure up and down, there are those that move the tube up and down (jelquing the tube)….there are those with money to burn that have it hooked to a computer and electronic pump that can use a programmed session of unlimited variation.

What they all have in common is vacuum force to cause expansion, the possibility of doing too little for growth, and the possibility of too much…and possible damage.

There is no magic formula. The summation of wise pumpers (who have gained) recommend keeping the vacuum under 5 in hg (mostly), limiting lymph migration, and slow but steady increase of time. Most of the successful pumpers recommend being patient, maintaining excellent EQ and keep it moderate. The majority also recommend some type of manual stretch and or jelque along with pumping, but there are many that had great gains with pumping alone.

The answer in the final analysis will always be to read, learn, experiment, keep track of your results (notebook) and find what works for you. If this was the same for everyone, everyone would get the same results from the same routine. I suggest always start with a bare minimum, keep your original EQ as a baseline…until it improves, when your EQ drops, its a strong indicator of the need to cut back or take a break.

With time you will find your ability to tolerate PE without decreasing your EQ will slowly increase. As you increase your force/time (slowly) you will eventually hit a break point where you start to see gains. Constantly jumping around with your force/time makes it more difficult to arrive at that breakpoint. Constantly changing PE methods have the same effect.

Start slowly, ramp up slowly and wisely, track your PIs and you will have a much greater chance of a bigger, healthier dick.
