1 Month Mark, What Next?
Hey I’ve been doing PE consistently on a 2 on/1 off for about 5-6 weeks now. I definitely notice a difference, albeit small. I believe I started at 5.3?? And now erect I’m like 5.7 in so thanks lol. Not much difference with girth at least I think.
My question is on my routine.
Beginning I started with just
5min warm up
100 jelqs
5min warm down
Then added some stretches, etc
Now I do
5min warm up
25 s2s stretches
4 direction stretches 30 sec
Behind the ass stretch for 30 sec
225 jelqs (try to add 25 every couple of weeks)
I do 50 kegels during jelq, 50 reverse kegels afterwards
5min warm down
This takes me about 40 min, fortunately I’m off of work rn for holidays but not for long.
My question is where should I go from here?
I’m getting size, but I can’t be doing this for an hour, I really don’t have the time. Should I just keep this routine, and try to get better at doing it more efficiently (faster).
I was personally thinking just keeping this routine then on month 3, getting a bath mate.
