I can’t believe that it really happened.
About 20 days ago I was 1.3cm smaller and 0.47 cm thinner.

I got to know about this exercise thing about 3 years ago but tried only for once and stopped.
Then last year I found a very famous website taking about the exercise but there were no proof on that website that could assure me about the success so I never tried.

About 2 months ago I found this beautiful website Thunder. Place and it really changed my life. Not only the forum is awesome here but there are so many success stories with pics that really compelled me to start exercise.
I started exercise on 3 June.
About 4-5 days ago I posted here on forum that I have gained 0.5 CM in length
And now a total
0.3+1cm
( 0.3 in erection and 1 cm absolute gain in length)
It’s definitely a miracle.
Also the thickness has increased ( 0.47cm) I can feel that difference.
Program
-7-8 min hot wrap
-Stretching ( doesn’t really work for me because of erections)
- Wet jelq , my favorite ( 250-300)
-Hot wraps during the rest days and oil massage.
- I take 2-3 days off for proper rest and healing.

I started 2 weeks ago and so far I didn’t gain anything but more vascularization, but I do 100 jelqs per session currently, so maybe I’ve got to step up my game.

Do you take 2-3 days off, after every session?

And is your EQ still the same?


7th June 2022: EG 5.2”/ 13.2 cm, BPEL 6.7”/ 17 cm, 14 cm NBPEL, 4”/ 10 cm flaccid.

Yes I take rest for 2-3 days after each workout.
Like workout on Monday then Friday then Tuesday..

Yes Erection Quality is good and same.

Hot wrap is important. Do hot wrap before workout.
Even during the rest days I do hot wraps at least for once and then oil massage with soft hands. It’s helpful for recovery and for EQ as well.

I do wet jelq for 250-300. May be you can increase as well but don’t force yourself. Hear your body.
And focus more on squeeze while performing Wet jelq.

Hot Or Cold?

Hot wrap or Cold wrap after the session.. Which one is better?

Although most guys say it’s a cool down it really should be a warm down as keeping the area warm keeps more blood in the area and blood is a good thing.

Looking For Advice

Today Unknowingly I opened the injuries section of the forum and that really scared the crap out of me.

It even affected my today’s workout as well because of the psychological fear.

May anyone explain how to prevent injuries.?

For the sake of 1-2 inches I can’t put my coming generations on stake 😂

Any advices?

Just not overdoing it for starters.

Don’t ever do anything you are uncomfortable with.

When doing new things follow strict advice from the vets.

If you have questions ASK.

Injury is avoidable. Just use caution and common sense. And again NEVER do anything that causes you pain or that you are uncomfortable with.

Now: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.7" Goal: MORE

Yes, definitely slow and steady wins the race.

If in doubt slow down, ease up, take rest days.
Listen to your penis. Look closely at PIs.

This is a marathon, not a sprint and the newbie routine is recommended for at least 6 months because it allows you to establish that mind-body connection with your penis and learn what is ok and what is not ok for your unique physiology. How hard can you squeeze before you get injured or get negative PIs, how hard can you pull, for how long, etc. etc. etc.
You need to have that mind-body link when you start doing more advanced techniques or using all the various devices pumping hanging all day stretching, clamping because the headroom to injury is a lot smaller there.

Don’t restrict blood flow for extended periods of time. Don’t ever fall asleep while wearing a device of any kind on or around your junk.
If you choose to wear devices for extended periods of time, check in on your penis and testicles often to ensure blood circulation is good.

If you start getting worse erections, it’s a perfect indicator that you need to slow down, ease up, or change things.

Use heat before and during your workouts. That was what changed things for me in terms of injuries in my early days. If you don’t warm up, you increase the chance of injuries.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

Q: Is it okay if I skip Over Hand OK grip and use only normal OK grip to do wet jelq…???

Q: Can I use C- grip like in Dry Jelq while performing Wet Jelq ( by the way I don’t do Dry Jelq) …???

Congratulations User. You are doing the right thing. Do not be scared by injuries. Why? because you can easily prevent them by not getting too excited about it. Keep doing what you are doing. You are getting great results and that is the important thing. Do not modify it, do not increase intensity by any means. What you are doing is perfect and is showing the results as proof.

Today is 5 dec 2022
I started PE in the May end 2022 or June. And the initial progress was quite impressive
But because of some personal reasons I couldn’t continue and stopped the process by the June end.
It took me about 5 months to move on

Now I’m back with full energy. Fully determined to work on personal development and the PE.
I took a rough measurement and no doubt there is a loss of some millimeters.
But once I am gonna start the PE, definitely gonna see positive results . I have already seen the magic of PE earlier.

I’m restarting my PE journey from tomorrow i.e. 6 December 2022
Gonna start with basics and beginner routine.
I already have my old pics
I’m gonna upload the pics when I will cross my first milestone.
