Measuring 6.5 x 4.5 after break for 1/4 gain in girth since I started this thread…about 4 months.
1/4” girth in 4 months is a massive gain, in my opinion. At that rate you’ll hit your girth goal in a year.
You seem like you’re taking the right approach. Just keep experimenting until you figure out what works for you.
