A slow start

Initially when I posted, I had complained about not getting any gains. I ended up being an extremely slow gainer which I attribute largely to my age. At mid 30’s I lack the regenerative ability of younger people, and the general loss of tissue resilience that comes with older age. It seems like middle adulthood is about the hardest time in PE.

My gains finally started after about six months of work. This work was largely disorganized, but did involve many hours. I used mostly gadget stretching first, then went to manual stretching later to my first gains. I got no gains at first with a phallosan, but after the ball started moving with manual stretching it started to do more.

My numbers starting were 5.5 BPEL, 4.5 EQ. After about a year it was intermittent gains to 6.5 BPEL and 4.75 EQ. Long rest periods have been a big part of the gains. I would get discouraged and stop for a month, then start again and finally see something. I feel like these deconditioning phases have been extremely important to my growth.

I put vastly more focus into length and very little into girth right now. In accordance with a number of the most experienced guys on here I am going to keep pushing for my goal of 8 BPEL, then when I’m closer start a girth regimen to an ultimate goal of 8x6 erect.

My workouts currently are ADS and hanging based. ADS with phallosan or phallosan plus, hanging light weight about 10 lbs for 30 minutes via suction. I find that is all I need to feel "worked" after.

I will occasionally do JAI stretches (up to 300) Jelqing (usually only 35-50 but at a higher level of erection than usual starting. The 50% starting just did nothing for me). I also do occasional pumping and clamping. Usually only once or twice a month.

Basically it’s random. I listen to my tissue and do whatever feels right at the time. I’m very careful with safety and aside from a few newbie mistakes I haven’t had any injuries.

My current objective is try to manage a safe 24/7 constant stretch stopping only for discomfort and hygiene. I haven’t read about anyone successfully doing this yet and I see why. It sounds simple, but in reality is extremely difficult to pull off and requires a lot of conditioning first. I’ll be starting a separate thread about this.

A Deeply Disappointing Outcome

The title says it all. I have spent two months using a Phallosan for 3 hours a day twice a week, a Phallosan plus six hours a day three times a week, and one thirty minute session with a Bathmate three times a week.

My grand total gains after all that? Nothing. Literally 0.0 inches in length and girth. Not even slight newbie gains. A small temporary result is seen from pumping, but it goes away quickly.

If anyone has any advice I’m glad to listen. Otherwise, I’ll give it a couple of weeks longer, but more than likely call it there. If it’s not working it’s not working.
