So I am just over two weeks into the newbie routine. What I have noticed is that I am absolutely longer and thicker when flaccid. I haven’t taken any erect measurements, but I will after a month or so. I feel as though I may have gained some very slight girth when erect.We’ll see. I have also noticed that it seems to take a little bit longer to get to full erection, but when I do my EQ is definitely better than before. Also my morning wood is crazy hard. All in all I started as a skeptic, but am now slightly a believer! I truly hope it will work out!

Start: BPEG - 6”
MSEG - 4.25”
Goal: BPEG - 7”
MSEG - 5”

I will be unbelievably ecstatic if I can reach that goal! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

You are doing things right. Morning wood is a great PI, so I think this is an indication that you are responding well. Your goals are reasonable and certainly attainable.

Two weeks is a grain of sand in the beach of time that represents PE, just continue to be patient and consistent.

Honestly, I haven’t been doing this long enough to know whether abstaining from masturbation helps with gains. I know that it helps me with better blood flow during my jelqing routine. Also, it seems to improve my sex drive and energy. I do “edge” after a routine sometimes.
