ok everything looking good so far.
My warm down routine i increased it from 10 minutes to 20 minutes.
I already feel it’s very effective.
My 21 day tomorrow and today i couldn’t fit my dick in a toilet paper roll easily which is 5.15 inches round.

I take rest days seriously and i dont PE without enough resting.
I PE 3 days on a row then rest 4 days.
Then i PE for 4 days then i rest 3 days.
Then i do the classical 2 on 1 off.
I think all of this is good for my dick to keep it guessing and to cause trauma for it to grow.
I’m doing low intensity workouts and short not long i feel that’s enough until i gain and my newbie gains stop.
I’m gonna add some squezze jelqs if that’s good right now?
My PIs have been positive and excellent so far .
I think it’s an indication that i’m not over training and that my cock is having enough rest.
