Relax. You’ll be alright. Some days are positives, some days are negatives. Just make sure you are taking two steps forward for every one step back.

Ok an update feeling great today i measured my MSEG and it became a solid 4.72 inches and my BPEL is 5.47 inches.

I measured it using a piece of paper which looks very accurate compared to the string which is very strechy.

So i could conclude my dick have really grown now.

Looking forward for 6x5.3 soon.

Tomorrow gonna continue.

Ok i measured my BPFSL and it says 13.4 cm.

My BPEL is now 13.9 cm. But before i started the Newbie Routine exercise it was 13.3 cm.

This does mean my tunica is my limiting factor and that i should focus on streching exercises more.

My

EQ is like 7.5 / 8 i could say.
sometimes when i’m horny it’s around 8.5/ 9.

Ok today i recontinued my PE work out it was great.

Defintely today’s workout was the best i’ve had and i dont have acess for IR lamp so i used infrared hair dryer which i had at my home and it worked greatly.

Update:

Today’s workout was great and i used my hair dryer lamp everything was going great except when i added the inverted v strech.

I was doing the inverted v strech then i felt a little bit of pain so i decereased the intensity and it was little bit painful so i just did 5 mins.

Here’s my whole Routine it’s as folliws:

22 mins warm up using hair dryer lamp

10 mins streching

5 mins inverted v strech

10 mins jelqing i was hiting through the whole session using the lamp.

15 mins warm down

I wont do the inverted v sterch tomorrow maybe i felt pain because my penis havent become well conditioned yet.

I forgot to mention today is my 28 day since i started PE the Newbie Routine.

We’re on pretty similar routines, I’ve been doing jelqing, stretching, a little bit of V stretches, and even some squeezes. I will say I have a pump that I use from time to time and I think it’s helped a lot with my girth growth but I felt like I really took off in gains once I started my stretching and jelqing. I’m about to take a week off and start a new routine but haven’t figure one out yet.

Ps I never read other guys logs but I decided to read yours and its inspired me to start my own log too

What’s the goal you’re aiming for in the long run?
I will measure at january 18 which is my second month and see what’s my new measurements.

Well I think long term I’m going for an 8x6 because well let’s be honest those sound like the magic numbers and I think it’s attainable over time. For right now I’m shooting for 5.5 EG short/mid term goal.

Haven’t yet started on length but like I said 8 inches sound nice! But being at about 6.3ish I’m shooting for 7 before anything else. I want to start a length routine once I take my week off.

Ok todays workout was extremely amazing.

Felt the streches and jelqed (very slow 7 second)it was amazing edged and added 2 mins hot warm towel before streching just after warm up of 50 mins combined with hot towel wrap and hair dryer lamp together.

Yesterday i felt pain because now i know the reason was that the lamp was not enough the hot towel wrap is so great.

Did 3 mins hot warp before jelqing edged for 10 mins.

Hot warmp 5 mins and warm down 15 mins.

This was so great combined together.

My erection level was 50 to 60% while jelqing.

Felt the jelqing really well too.

Gonna add 25 jelqs every 10 days but im gonna settle for my currrent new routine including the newbie routine.

Also i started drinking warm to hot degree water for blood circulation.

All i can say is WOW.
