Ok Guys,
Before I did my workout I measured my dick in BPEL and it turned 14.4 cm(5,66 inches ) hope thats a real growth.
My dick feels so much better I recontined my PE workouts it was great.
Took it slow and it felt great.
Current Routine:
20 mins warm up hot towel wrap
10 mins streching which is 30 secs up x 2.
30 secs down x 2.
30 secs left x 2.
30 secs right x 2.
30 Secs straight x 2.
10 mins jelqing
20 mins warm down hot towel wrap
Everything was great felt the streching too.
My dick was not resistant anymore.
The jelqing session was not great that much but it was good.
I’m not going to rush and increase the intensity of my workouts seems my dick is growing with current routine.
Didnt measure EG.
I’m just concetrating on length currently.
Gonna meaure NBPEL next time and see if I’ve grown.
My starting NBPEL measurment is 12.9 cm which is 5.07 inches.
