Measured my BPEL it turned to be 6.18 inches.

I’ll measure again soon to confirm it.

Today is my techincally 114 days of doing the Newbie Routine.
Techincally 4 months.

I’m satisifed with my gains so far.

Nice work. As long as you continue to gain, stick with the Newbie. When the gains start to slow, consider changing your routine then. Good luck

Something happened I think its awesome new veins have appeared around my whole shaft fat and long and thin ones which were not there before and my dick feels a lot thicker too than before and longer too.

The veins are very visible too.

My NBPEL have become 13 cm which is 5.19 inches and I will measure again to confirm it but man.

I feel a lot excited alot.

Veins are appearing while I’m in flaccid state too.

Gonna take rest days on Sunday up till Friday.

I increased my rest days to 6-7 days.

My workout days are 4-5 days.

I’m taking plenty rest days to recover and not to overtrain my penis at all.

Today taking rest and the rest will continue for a whole week.

My Dick while in flaccid state it’s length is 3.54 inches.

While it’s girth is 4.33 inches while in good day yesterday it was 4.52 inches.

But I wont decieve myself it’s obvious it’s because after my workouts temporary increase.

I’ll measure soon at rest days.

Today is my 5th day resting day and my flaccid is great it hardly turtles and it hangs greatly in flaccid state.
Total 4 months and 2 days since doing the Newbie Routine.
57 days Newbie Routine and 65 Rest days until now tomorrow is my 6th day rest day.

That’s great. I think you’ll find that when you go back after your rest of one week you’ll start gaining again. My advice is when you do start up again, do a couple of light workouts to ease back in before returning to what you had been doing previously.

I really need to start with jelqing? I’m quite good with the girth so I’m more interestred in stretching and I have red that is better to start with jelqing then after a week or so to start stretching. Anybody can give me some tips ? Should I just follow the newbie routine for stretching only and increase it in time?

It’s the best choice for you right now and you should actually start with the Newbie Routine.
It’s the best to choice to condition your penis and start gaining.

Instead of 12 mins streching
Instead of 5 mins aided v - strech
Instead of 10 mins jelqing 60 - 70 erection level.

I’ll do 5 mins streching
I’ll do 2 mins aided v - strech
I’ll do 5 mins jelqing 40 - 50 % erection level.

What do you think it’s perfect a light routine when I’m back from my long rest week.

Today my 3rd day PE on and I followed your advice about light workouts.

I just did that so I started with 5 mins streching and 2 mins inverted v - strech and 5 mins jelqing and my hang is even more fantasting.

It doesnt seem overtrained at all.

Today is my 5th day PE on and my flaccid is hanging fuller and longer and my balls are hanging heavier too.

Amazing feeling.
