I like the light routine that you are doing. I’d stick with it for another week or so then slowly start to ramp things up. The key is to gradually increase things. Within two to three weeks after your decon break, depending upon your PI’s, try getting things back to where you were before. By then, your unit will be adjusted once again to working out and you’ll be ready to start gaining again.
