You know just a month ago I was frustrating about my NBPEL, my BPEL and my BPFSL not increasing at all., and here I am having a growth of nearly 3.8 cm/1.5 inches within a half month.

Too inspiring don’t worry about NBPEL when you are ready to lose weight it would drop. That’s the only thing that reduce it

Yeah I’m in the process of losing weight.

I’m exercising alot and I already decreased my calorie intake too.

I can easily push my fat pad to 6.6 inches and maybe even more, what I mean is I’m gauging how much will my BPEL will be usable during sex.

When I push to the limit meaning when I totally touch my pubic bone it is 7.33 inches.

I think like my fat pad is like nearly 4 cm thick.

That might explain the Big differrence between my NBPEL and my BPEL.

But it doesnt matter I’m in the process of losing weight.

I measured my fat pad and I think my fat pad is like nearly 4.4 cm thick.

But, the irony is I’m actually not obese I.’m a little bit overweight but at the same time I’m a fit guy I always use to jog alot , sprint alot and do alot of pushups and sometimes sit ups too.

I think it’s genetics which plays a role here by how much thick the fat pad will be.

But it doesnt matter I’m in the process of losing weight.

I will do fatpad liposuction in the future. It will completely remove fatpad and most of the fatcells so it doesnt het as big again.

Yeah that’s good I was thinking about that too but I will first remove my Gynecomastia before doing that.

Yeah If I lose like 10-20 kg=22-44 lbs that will be awesome.

I’m currently 183 lbs=82 kg.

I rested today from PE’ing because I ejaculated yeseterday like 5 times.

I was feeling fatigued.

Ok I did my Routine like 3 hours ago.

I will measure later and if there is an increase.

I measured before my routine and my BPEL while sitting increased to 19 cm/7.5 Inches.

Yeah Hope I gain even more before hitting a plateau.

I’m soon gonna add jelqs 5 mins start slow as I’ve noticed that after starting my fulcrum streches my dick cannot take an intense jelqing session like it used too.

It seems my fulcrum steches weakned the resistance of my dorsal thickening/septum by a great degree that it made my dick weak to rate it cant handle a 15 min intense jelqing session.

So I might start with a light jelqing routine which is only a 5 mins jelqing session.

I might post a pic later to show my progress but I wont use my ruler as its very sharp.

Instead I was using an LG TV Remote Controller which I was using to my measure my BPFSL, BPEL, NBPEL as its very soft on my fat pad when I measure using it.

As for anyone doubting the LG’s Remote accuracy it’s accurate as I measured it several times by my Steel Ruler.

Its length is 6.7 Inches.

Then afterwards I’ll place my steel ruler on the LG remote controller and further beyond as My BPFSL, BPEL are longer than it.
