Also I’m wondering if you really hold the stretch for 20 mins at a time or if you mean that you are doing multiple sets during the 20 mins time frame.

Using fulcrums I went from 16 cm/6.3 Inches BPFSL to 20.28 cm/7.98 Inches BPFSL within a month since last 14th
October until this Novemeber’s 15th.

My BPEL went from 14.8 cm/5.83 Inches to 19 cm/7.50 Inches since last month October uptill this Novemeber’s 15th and I still haven’t measured yet again.

No, I’m actually doing multiple sets during the 20 mins time frame like 20 sets with each set being 1 min and then I switch to doing Upward Fulcrum which is 2 mins hold 1 min/1 min holds again not straight a 2 min hold.

Then doing the Left Side Angle Fulcrum and holding it for 1 min and then resting a few seconds and then again holding it for 1 min.

The last set is the Right Side Angle Fulcrum its the same with 1 min/1 min hold each.

I did my Routine.

Today it was very good, everything was going smoothly.

The streches I felt them through my whole dick and it was very strechable and one thing to mention is that the water was hot but not very hot and its better like this.

I noticed several times that a really very hot makes my dick turtle.

I didn’t have the time to measure I was busy by my personal life events.

More Streching maybe actually I was thinking about adding normal streching in my routine along with my fulcrum streches.

I might measure tonight if I have enough time.

Ok I did my routine.

But before doing my Routine I massaged my dick using vaseline for 15 minutes and it was really worth the effort.

Then I resumed my routine and everything was going well and I’m not turtling now anymore.

BPFSL while standing it have increased to 20.42 cm/8.04 Inches.

BPFSL while sitting it have become 20 cm/7.88 Inches.

BPEL yet to measure.

NBPEL yet to measure.

I tried longer stretches (I used a V or inverted V finger hook as fulcrum) in the hot tub and I think this is gold. Manual stretches are not to be overlooked, they are powerful.

Yeah they are truly Gold.

Yeseterday was a rest day.

I didnt do any PE yeseterday.
Everything is looking good.

I might resume today or take a day off today, I will decide later.
