I’ll do my manual streching after like 10 mins.

I’ll see how things workout.

I just finished doing my manual streching and it was awesome.

There was no resistance at all while I was streching and I felt the streches really throught my whole dick.

My New Routine Schedules from now on are as follows:-

Morning sessions:-
15-20 Mins warm up under hot water
20-28 Mins Fulcrum Streches
10-20 Mins warm down under hot water

Afternoon sessions:-
10-20 Mins warm up under hot water
20-22 Mins Manual Streches
10-20 Mins warm down under hot water

Evening sessions:-
10-20 Mins warm up under hot water
15-25 Mins Fulcrum Streches
10-20 Mins warm down under hot water

That’s it.

Hope it pushes me further beyond my limit beyond my current BPEL, NBPEL, BPFSL and cements my current gains and my newer gains to come too.

2 things come to mind;

1- Why warmup that long and do you do massaging or you just stay in the bath and do something else?
2- Do you do the 3 sessions on the same day or it’s one day apart (spread on 3 days) ?

Yeah I massage my dick and tge 3 sessions are done on the same day.

I warm up that long because the hot water at 15-20 min really weakens my dorsal thickening /septum and makes it easily strechable.

I defeated my dorsal thickening /septum using hot water directly on my dick while being in the shower.

20-22 mins manual streching

Hi, I’m wondering on whether wearing underwear will hinder the PE gains. By any chance, do you wear an underwear or you just let it hang loosely throughout the day?

I wear not too tight not too loose underwear whenever I go outside but whenever I stay at home I let it hang loosely while wearing a short pants.

But if the underwear is not too tight I think it won’t hinder your PE gains, but if it’s tight it will definitely hinder your PE gains.

I did my morning session.

It was good.

I did my morning session 5 hours ago.

11 mins warm up under warm water

30 Mins Fulcrum /Standard Downward Fulcrum 20 Mins/3 Mins Right Side Angle Fulcrum/3 Mins Left Side Angle Fulcrum /3 Mins Upward Angle Fulcrum and 30 secs rest.

7 Mins warm down under warm water

It was a really good session.

I agree with your warm up. I like to either heat with a heating pad or running water and just massage it until it feels loose as can be. Whether it’s 3 minutes or 15 minutes. I go until my fsl is within quarter inch of its usual at full warm. And use that as my baseline of when to start the PE session.

Yeah this is the way I started gaining length and it was a major breakthrough from the feel of steel cord I used to feel and I really started gaining length.

I shooted up from 5.8 BPEL to 7.64 within just a month and a week.

While my NBPEL shooted up from 5.07 to 5.83 NBPEL while when I I sit it shooted up from 5.1 to 6.03.

While my BPFSL shooted up from 6.3 to 8.04.

I feel incredible and I’m yearning for more.

Just keep going and reduce the fat pad, you already have potential for a monster penis at 7”+ nbpel.
