No, I wish I would have lost gains, but I actually gained. Thanks for the relpy and for the advices too especially regarding getting bigger and bigger to a rate making sex hurtful and impossible for my love, my partner.

An update

I did 20-30 secs hold kegels for 10 mins and while slightly clamping at the base for 30 secs each until reaching 10 mins clamping session.

I have read through this thread and I have a few questions to ask.. First of all; how did you know when and how to adapt the Newbie regime? I’ve looked at all the videos and read it thoroughly but before I start I want to know how one would adapt their routine. My second question is simple: are any or are all of these gains permanent? I’ve been reading on the forums and most guys are saying permanent, but I was wondering how it has been in your case? I’m sorry to be an irritant but I’m a total noob and the sheer volume of information on this website is intimidating so I was wondering if I could get some advice from someone who started blogging about their growth from the beginning :) .
