I’m in the process of reducing my fat pad I’m concentrating on my weight and on my food intake too.
I’ve been eating really healthy foods and exercising regularly like HIT Intervals sprints, push ups, crunches, side crunches and squats and yoga poses too.
Now I just feel tired to even do my evening session.
I’m going to bed good night thunders.
