Well, ladies and gentlemen…. I’m back from my months break, (complete dry turkey).

I did a quick measurement last week, and don’t seem to have lost any gains, which good news.

On Friday I did a light workout in the shower… warm up/down, some stretches, 100 Jelqs… low intensity.

While I’ve been on my break, I’ve been thinking about how to move forward with PEing.
After reading up a bit, I’ve decided to take the plunge into the pumping world. I liked the look of pumping, as there doesn’t seem to be as many variables as in other PEing exercises. With Stretching/Jelqing, you have to be careful with grip, erection level, force… and with a little too much, hello injury. I’m still going to continue with both, as I feel they are important as part of a pumping Routine, but at a lower intensity.

So, bought myself a good pump/cylinder with a gauge, and gave it ago on Monday.

Starting Routine:

5 - 10 min warm up with microwave heating pad.
Light Stretches in all directions (30 sec hold) X2
50 light Jelqs (50% erection level) - to get the blood moving.
5 mins in the cylinder at 3hg
50 light Jelqs (50% erection level) - to get the blood moving.
5 mins in the cylinder at 3hg
50 light Jelqs (50% erection level) - to get the blood moving.
5 - 10 min warm down with microwave heating pad.

Good question…

I’ve been reading up, and from what I’ve read from the experienced guys, 1 on/1 off sounds like the way to go, IMO. I’m more of a “less is more” kind of guy, and my primary goal is great EQ, with the added bonus of some gains ;) . (I’d be kidding myself if I didn’t want a bigger unit, even if I know it’s not necessary).

However, at the weekend it’s difficult for me to find private time, as there is usually someone in the house, and having a cylinder hanging off your penis is difficult to explain 7:^)

So, at present I’m going to continue with my old schedule of Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri – on, and Wed/Sat/Sun – off. But if I do get the opportunity to train in the weekend, I might try and do some variation of the 1 on/1 off.

Yeah, I think 1 on /1 off is where I need to be. As far as length goes, I’m pretty much at my short term goal.

My glans are increasing in girth at quite a scary rate… which I’m finding a little hard to comprehend.. but I’ll take it. ;)

Now shaft girth, I think this is going to be my Achilles heel (my weakness) in regards to gains. I have gained around 0.12” since starting, but I think this is just from improved EQ. I say this because I did some measurements around 10 years ago, and my shaft girth was the same as now.

So, if the Routine 1 on / 1 off is targeting mostly girth than length, this is good for me.

I’m not concerned with length, because I know this will come at some stage. My dream length is only 0.5” away, which I don’t think is an unreasonable goal, and will come with time.

Shaft girth short term goal is only 0.2” away, which I think is reasonable, but the dream is probably 0.6” away. Now, a gain of 0.6” in girth is serious business, so for that reason, girth is the main target.

I’m not interested in any advance exercises (for example clamping) because a healthy penis is my primary goal, and I’m not interested in risking my penis for gains I don’t really need.

I have bought a 2” cylinder, so there is room for expansion for girth, so lets see what happens. :)

First day of new Pumping Routine:

Thought I’d let everyone know how my first day went with the new Routine on Monday.

Well, before I started this new Routine, life was simple… the Linear Routine.

I warmed up in the shower, with hot water directly on my unit, did some stretches, Jelging, and warmed down… with hot water directly on my unit… simple. :drool1:

Now things have got interesting, basically, I’ve got shit everywhere. I’m now doing my new pumping Routine in my office at home, so I need a towel for my chair. I’m using a microwave heating pad to warm up… which needs a microwave… and my office doesn’t have a microwave :spin2: … So, I need to run up and down the stairs to the kitchen… did I mention my house has 4 floors :spin2: Kitchen is on the 2nd, office the 4th.

Now, I want to use constant heat while doing the Routine, because thats good :up: … so I’ve got a fan heater on the floor which I direct towards my penis, with some packing underneath, to get the right angle. I’ve also bought a cheap electric heating pad which I’ve plugged in, to wrap around the cylinder… more constant heat. :up:

I’ve also found some porn on the internet, just in case my happy chappy needs some stimulation ;)

So now, I’ve warmed up, got constant heat, done some stretching, and get out some water based gel to do my first 50 Jelgs. Now, I usually use some type of oil in the shower, but because the cylinder is made of some fancy plastic shit, you should use a water based lube, so not to make it all cloudy, and shitty looking.

So…. I start Jelging now, but the fan heater, (which is pointing towards my penis… constant heat :up: ) is having an adverse effect on my water based gel… it’s starting to turn into a paste, and by the end of the 50 Jelqs, has become a glue type substance… but I bare through it.

I then get my fancy new cylinder/pump, put a bit more lube on my unit, get a 100% erection, put the cylinder on, and start to pump. The first mark on the gauge, after zero, is 2 Hg… I get there… and holy shit, what an intense sensation… never felt anything like this before (I’m such a girlie blouse), I slowly get it up to 3 Hg, which is more than enough. I definitely don’t need any stimulation (porn) to maintain the erection… fuck, if I was 20 years younger, I would have probably blown my load.

I start to search for my new electric heating pad, (constant heat :up: ) to find that it’s producing as much heat as mother Teresa’s nether regions. So I tossed it towards the rubbish, and just stood near the fan heater.

I repeated the Jelqs / Pump twice… and when I had finished was happily surprised my penis was still attached, and hadn’t exploded….

I then went back down stairs to reheat my microwave pad, and return to my office for the warm down.

So I guess a success, (pumped penis and pumped legs from the stairs) except for my office, which took me half an hour to put back together.

Thoughts on the new pumping Routine:

Well, after surviving my first day of the new Routine, the week has progressively got better. I’ve fine tuned things, and got myself a little better organised, and feel a little bit more in control… but there’s still room for improvement ;)

I’ve got use to the pumping sensation now (more or less :eek: ), not such a shock as the first time. However, I’ll be staying around the 3Hg for the conceivable future, slowly raising the time from 5 mins to 10mins over the next month or so.

My EQ has improved over night, and PI’s are looking good. I’m waking at night with several erections, which I haven’t done for years. Flaccid penis seems to spend more time fuller than usual. It’s definitely looking more veiny.

While in the cylinder, my penis increases in length by 0.2” during the 5 mins. (Measured from outside the cylinder)

I have measured at the end of the Routine. Measurements are compared to stats before starting the new Routine…. and are approx.

BPEL 7.7” which equals approx 0.1” gain
EG 5.5” which equals approx 0.1” gain
Glans EG 5.9” which equals approx 0.2” gain

I know these are temporary gains, but does show expansion and potential, even at 3 Hg. Hopefully, these temporary gains will become permanent.

So at this stage, everything is going in a positive direction… :)

I started back on my supplement cocktail last week.

While I was having break from PE last month, I also had a break from the below cocktail.

Ginseng 1000mg
Maca 600mg
Guarana 200mg
L-Arginine 1150mg
Canela 150mg
Zinc 25mg
Lecithin 500mg
Vitamin A
Vitamin B 1,2,3,5,6,8,9,12
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Vitamin E

Not all the supplements are spelt in English, but I think you can work it out.

I have noticed an increase in ejaculation from taking this cocktail (maybe up to 50%). I also notice a reduction when I was not on it last month.
It may have also helped with EQ and PI’s. :)

Well, after my first month of my new Routine, this is where I’m at:

80 medium grip Jelqs (70% erection level).
8 mins in the cylinder at 3hg, 1 min at 4hg
70 medium grip Jelqs (70% erection level) - to get the blood moving.
8 mins in the cylinder at 3hg, 1 min at 4hg
60 medium grip Jelqs (70% erection level) - to get the blood moving.
10 min warm down with microwave heating pad.

I’ve increased my warm up / down time to over 10 mins. I can really feel the difference from only 5 mins. My penis feels so much more pliable, and the heat has penetrated all the way to the core.

I’ve increased the number/grip/erection level of Jelqs slightly over the month, monitoring PI’s as I go.

I’ve being adding a minute per week to my pumping time, as well as in the last minute increasing the vacuum to 4hg. 2 X 10 min in the pump is my short term goal, which I plan to maintain for the next month or 2. I’m being on the cautious side, as I don’t want to do anything stupid.

While in the cylinder, my penis has increased in length by another 0.1” , compared from when I first started last month. (Measured from outside the cylinder).

I did some quick measurements on my rest day, but nothing really new to report, except… maybe… 0.1” increase on BEG… but I want to monitor it, and give it another month before celebrating.

I think I can definitely say now that the newbie gains are over, but I can see some real potential in growth, especially in girth, which is exciting… but I guess will have to wait and see. ;)

My Routine has continued pretty much the same as the start of the month.

However, I have increased the total time in the tube to 10 mins now (9 mins at 3 Hg and the last min at 4 Hg) X 2. I’ve also played around with some edging at the end of the Routine, but only for about 3 mins as my unit is feeling pretty tired at the end.

My Routine schedule is Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri as finding time in the weekend is difficult for me. I sometimes do the 1 off / 1 on schedule if I have the opportunity, as the 2 days off in the weekend feels a little too long, especially now that I am pumping.

As you can see, a conservative Pumping Routine, but I’d rather be safe than sorry.

I have been using olive oil for Jelqing and Pumping for the past month now, and have been pretty happy with its performance. The cylinder has not shown any signs of clouding over yet, but I will keep an I on it, and post if I see any changes.

I will have a measure up at the start of next month to see how things are going, but at this stage, nothing really interesting to report other than Pi’s and EQ continue to be good. :)

15 mins in the cylinder (1st 5mins at 3hg, 2nd 5mins at 4hg, 3rd 5mins at 5hg)

15 mins in the cylinder (1st 5mins at 3hg, 2nd 5mins at 4hg, 3rd 5mins at 5hg)

Training Days:- 4 days on (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri). If I can train in the weekend, I try and do one on / one off.

I’ve only just started doing the above timings and pressure in the cylinder this week. This I feel is a real maximum for me at present. When I finish the Routine, my penis feels like it’s been a couple of rounds with Mike Tyson (without the bite marks, of course ;) ). Last month I said I was only going to build up to a maximum of 2 X 10 mins at 3Hg, and the last min at 4Hg. I was trying to be on the cautious side, but with any training, it’s hard to hold yourself back sometimes. This will definitely be the maximum for sometime though.

I’m not using the Fan heater at present because it’s summer now, and I was starting to feel like I was in a sauna… and being naked, had nothing else to remove. I’m trying to think of a better way of including constant heat in the warmer months, which works for me, and my situation.

I’ve started doing fowlers again in bed at night, and in the morning for about 1/2 an hour each. I’m not religious with this time table, but I do usually get at least get one session in a day. When I first started doing them in bed, it didn’t feel too comfortable, and I was getting an aching feeling after, so I gave it up. But now that I’m more conditioned, they seem to do the trick, giving a nice stretch.

Nothing really to report in the measuring department, but there is signs of growth. P.I.s and E.Q. are good.

Over doing it, and Allergies

Well, it does appear that my increase in time and pressure in the cylinder has been a little to much for the poor chap. Some very small surface blood vessels on the shaft have turned into little red marks, looking like a light surface bruise, or the start of one. (I can’t remember the exact scientific term). From what I’ve read in the past, they are quite common, and a warning sign of over doing it.

Luckily, they are not a big deal, and after resting for 36 hours, have almost disappeared. If I’m sure everything looks normal tomorrow, I will continue training. However, I will reduce the time and pressure back to where I was a week ago… i.e. 15 minutes in the tube, 13 minutes of which will be at 3Hg, and the remaining 2 minutes at 4Hg, (X2).

I will be taking a break from the pumping from next week as I will be going away for several months, and my situation will not allow me to pump. However, I will be able to continue training in the shower, maybe following the newbie routine, 3 or 4 days per week.

On to some good news… my cocktail of supplements have appeared to have significantly reduced my spring hay fever condition… even better than the drugs the doctors have prescribed me in the past. I still need to use eye drops now and then, and have a little discomfort, but overall I’m pretty happy. I’m not sure what ingredient is helping, but I’ll continue taking the cocktail for the near future.

So I reduced the pressure in the cylinder, as I suggested in the last post, and things felt better. The last 5 minutes at 5 Hg seems a little too much for me at this stage.

I’ll be starting my break from pumping from tomorrow, and following the Newbie Routine, when time permits. This is probably not a bad thing, as my penis is looking and feeling a little beaten up… I still have a bit of conditioning to go, before I can safely pump with the pros.

I am getting some good temporary length gains from pumping (7.8” Bpel out of the tube) which is good. I feel though, that some of this is probably the glans being slightly deformed under vaccum and stretched out, more than the shaft being stretched. I might start measuring in the future from the base to just under the glans, to prove or disprove my theory.

Also, when I roll over at night in bed, I here a slapping noise now… my foreskin hitting the floor ;) . The pumping and jelqing have definitely increased the size of my foreskin. This is not a bad thing for me, as I have a little bit of a mushroom head, and it was sometimes a little tight going over an erection, and a little short while flaccid, not completely covering the tip. So not a bad thing.

I’m not getting any big temporary gains in girth from pumping like others, put flaccid does look a little more plump… mostly fluid I guess… but patience is a virtue.

I’m enjoying the bed fowfers… I get a good stretch from them.

Now, as some of you may know (who am I kidding, nobody knows who the fuck I am) I’m a bit of stealth PE’er… because the wife would think I was a retard for trying, (and I’d probably get a beating from her). So, I’m always trying to think of ways to incorporate different PE exercise in my Routine, while being a sneaky little bastard.

I was trying to think of a way of doing Fowfers in bed, without “her indoors” thinking I was trying to fuck myself up the ass. So, I’ve come up with this cunning plan. I lie on my back and raise my knees, making a tent in the bed. I then quietly tuck my penis between my legs, squeezing them lightly together to hold my penis in place. Then I slowly lower my legs until they are flat, and get a good stretch. After a while, I then clench my butt together, which slightly raises my pelvis of the bed, giving a little more of a stretch. So, give it a try if you wish.

Anyway, I’ll probably be doing a bit of lurking for the next couple of months, as posting will be difficult… (drinking, perving, and typing is a little too much for me to do at the same time), but I’ll be back in a few months with an update, and easy back into pumping again.

Thought I’d write a quick update.
I’ve been away from home for the past 6 weeks, and have had to give up pumping because of my situation/movements.
The first month or so, was pretty much impossible for me to do any PE at all. Since then, I’ve started doing a bit of maintenance program, until I get back home.

10 minute warm up with heating pad.
7 minutes stretching in all directions.
200 wet jelqing.
5 minster edging.
5 minute warm down in shower.

Completed in shower. One on/One off.

Bed fowfers most nights.
50 kegels a day (when I remember).

I have no idea of measurements, as I left measuring devices at home.
