Update on Discolouration
So, a couple of weeks ago I got a little pissed off with the discolouration, decide to give the pumping a break and just do manuals.
This only lasted a week, and then I was straight back into my pumping routine 4 times a week.. 5 times last week, (the way I change my mind sometimes, I could swear I was a lesbian in a males body ;) ).
The combination of both manuals and pumping plus heat, just gives me such a better overall workout. My penis feels like it’s tired, like your body does after a good workout, but at the same time good. My flaccid penis feels heavy, (looks heavy) for the rest of the day. What can I say, PEing is addicting.
I’ve started to accept that discolouration is unfortunately part of the game, and if I want to continue pumping, I’m just going to have to suck it up. Luckily, 90% of the discolouration seems temporary, and mostly disappears after a couple of days rest… but straight after a workout, fuck it’s bad. For some reason, it only seems to effect the foreskin. The glans and the lower half off the shaft are not effected. I was getting some tingling feeling in the glans during and after pumping, but this has now stopped.
I’ve added some Jelq Squeezes (at least that’s what I think I’m doing) to the end of my routine, to try and get some more expansion mid shaft. I basically squeeze the base of my penis, over hand, palm facing my body. Then, with the other hand, palm facing away, I do 3 second squeezes 5 times, moving a way from the base, finishing just under the glans. I change hands and repeat up to 5 sets per hand.
I’m planning on doing a bit of measuring just before Easter, if I have time.
