A Very Rare Story

Hello everyone.

Going to tell you my story now that I think is very rare and certainly myself, I’ve never heard of it before. I’ve seen many people OVERDOING PE, doing it too often, feeling bad on the off days. Well, I’m the complete opposite. I hate myself for it. I discovered this place 4 months ago or something. To this day, I’ve completed no more than 10 PE nights in total. I just found I really hate doing it, think I know the reasons. First one is obviously size. You load up the training videos, see this guy and his fat stick that’s supposed to be like half erect and then you whip out shrimp.. No, I don’t mean that I start feeling bad that he has it much larger, I’m past this stage. It’s just that he looks so comfortable doing it while my penis is not only small but super weak too. About 5 inches fully erect, never measured girth, but when flaccid it’s always ”turtled” or whatever you call it on this forum, even before jelqing, ESPECIALLY after shower. It’s honestly like a micropenis after showers, some guy I spoke to told me to get a glans ring about my flaccid state and turtling, paid $20 for it and $60 for delivery (I’m outside the US) and it still hasn’t come to me, lost hope that it will. Point is, my penis is really weak. I don’t even get morning wood, almost never have, unless I touch myself I won’t get hard throughout the day, this guy told me it might be because of my diet which is really crappy by the way, I’m not too fat but I only eat junk and don’t move all day, stuck at my office chair all day, don’t have the will power to fight those two battles at once so no, for now I’m not going on a diet lol.

Most will say, so what, most members start around 5 inches (or so I’ve noticed) and no one has complained about it etc. To be fair, it’s not only the size that bothers me with my horrible little ‘friend’. I’ve also got this forcyde spots or whatever you call them, those terrible white spots on the penis, in a severe condition, most people that have them don’t even mind them but it’s impossible with me. When I try to jelq I feel them and it makes me feel bad + uncomfortable. The real problem when jelqing comes with the erection state though. I’m not 100% sure if my desired % of erection is reached but let’s say I get to 50%. It’s hard to maintain it even with porn, goes up and down like a rollercoaster. I’ve tried three different grips (C grip, normal OK grip and reverse OK grip I think it’s called). I feel discomfort with all, no pain but I just absolute despise doing it. I always feel like I’m doing it wrong too. One question that I’d like to know the answer to is, how hard should the force on jelqs be? Obviously if it’s a the harder the better approach, that would be tougher and the opposite. So far I’ve been really rude with my force not knowing if that’s right or not. Would be good if someone tells me exactly how strong the force should be, if possible with an example because so far I’ve tried doing it as strong as I can. Would also love to hear recommendations on the grip part. What other grips exist, I’ve heard of some you grips and stuff but I really can’t quite comprehend how it’s done. What’s the best, easiest to perform grip?

Problem is 99% in the mental part. Every night it’s an ”I’ll do it tomorrow” excuse. Not knowing if I’m doing it right gives me a big headache. If I have a bad night where I attempt to do it and stop mid-way, I wouldn’t do it for the next week or so and it really hurts my head that I can’t overcome it. I really hate jelqing and I’m trying to find the most suitable grip to my very terrible penis. Forgot to mention I’ve got that ”turkey neck” too which I’ve noticed makes it harder to jelq too. I’m not even sure - with the OK grip, when pulling backwards already to begin the next jelq, is it a problem if you let go of the penis? With my size state, it’s super hard if not impossible to ”go back” without my hand slipping away. It’s super hard to express what I’m trying to say most of the time too, hope you guys get my issues because I really need some good advice so I can start doing it consistently. Is it normal that once done with the jelqs, my penis turtles to the max as if it’s just died? Honestly, this stuff should be much easier, shouldn’t it, I shouldn’t be having such headaches with two simple exercises? It’s just that there’s a million threads on here and you get lost, don’t know exactly what to read and where to go. If you guys could recommend some of the best threads to read as in to doing it properly and stuff, I’d be really thankful. Honestly I wanna write a whole novel, probably got a lot more stuff to ask but it’s been a real mental push to even come on here and write this so I consider this a very small win, as absurd as it sounds. Hopefully by tomorrow, I’ll remember what other things I wanted to ask exactly seeing the replies (if any). Thanks guys

Start with the newbie routine and learn how to do it correctly. It’s not quantity it’s the quality of the routine.

You may determine that PE just isn’t for you man that’s okay.

First, good night!! I understand you perfectly and mainly in the mental part. What I want to score are 3 questions: Over the footprint, I’m using it with the palm down, so I feel like I can touch the pubic bone or get closer to it; 2: why hate yourself? You are a unique being with quality and defects inherent to your personality and you know that this is mental, I advise you to try therapy, as I am doing; 3 Maintaining erections during jelq is a bit difficult for me, not physiological but mechanical. I’m trying to get my footprint right, because I get the blood back. I advise you to let go of pornography and take a look at your hormones. Porn helps you screw you While making my jelqs weight in the result, I imagine myself in a few months, even if I gained 2mm.

Just start, just do it, this is for you. Stop procrastinating. I start my routine in 06 hours of morning.

It sounds like there are other things that woould benefit you more at the moment than PE.

Stick to the newbie routine for a while. It will give you good gains in the mid term. As you are a beginner, you don’t need fancy equipment or advanced routines.

You and only you can decide whether you want this or no.

Try working out at the gym. It will boost your self confidence and testosterone.

Also give some hot showers workout a try. If you can’t do jelqs because you have difficulties getting hard, try stretching for 10 mins a day. My advice if you can’t get hard easily is to take one 5mg tadalafil every 2-3 days and start working out that big brother with jelqs and 20-30 min edges.

Don’t bother too much! But if you want to change, start thinking positive and putting yourself to work

Hey Varna,

I think there’s just a bit going on really. What’s inspiring you to do PE in the first place, if we may ask? (It’s frankly none of our business mind you, your body your choice and all, but sometimes it helps to know.) But as others have said, weight loss is helpful in overall body health and that trickles down to penile health as well. Have you spoke to your GP about erectile quality? I’m obviously not a real doctor or anything, but I betcha with your family doctor being a real doctor he could give you some tips as well. Maybe even a script if you need it. He knows your body the best out of anyone that isn’t you.

Hopefully that helps, but remember your motivations. I think that’s the key in this situation. Best of luck and cheers to you mate.

Your problem is yourself. You gave up yourself.

You put thrash inside of you (junk food), you do not exercise your body, you probably have a bad posture. As you said “I’m not too fat but I only eat junk and don’t move all day, stuck at my office chair all day”. You are dying faster than normal people. You are not living. You are in a faster decomposition state than we all are. I am not surprised you can’t reach 100% erection, it is just a quality of your penis, that is a part of your body.

Now here what YOU SHOULD DO, START THIS TODAY: search for healthy foods and buy them, every junk shit food you have in your house you put inside the thrash can where it belongs; Start doing cardio (walks, run, jogging); if you have the time go to the gym. Only with the clean/healthy diet (everyday)+cardio(3~4 times/week) your penis will regain its health and you’ll be able to see its prime self.

I read anxiety between your words and I am not surprised either, as I said you gave up yourself, you procrastinate, you think bad of yourself and you are right, you are all this you think. But, we all know you have what it takes to overcome this, you can change your situation, you have this power in you, we all have, maybe you just can’t see it clearly because you are blind, open your eyes brother, rise.

Ill put it like this mate… take for example, woeking out to gain muscle mass and or lose body fat… with diet, routine, and rest its been proven for decades to work… that said, the most important factor is dedication, desire and follow through… yet millions go around over weight, or super skinny and despise their bodies…

I see PE the same way… i am willing to BET, if it became common, accepted medical truth that one could gain “random wild number”, 3 inches in a year but with a very strict diet, routine, and dedication still most men would not follow through…

My point is mate make it a goal, a passion but not an obsession… you will see gains if you keep at it… dont be afraid to fail, be positive and dont put yourself down… also dont guage your progress or lack there of based on others gains… we are all different… any gains are just that, GAINS…

Thanks to all the new replies but I think I wrote above that I’m just not ABLE to fight two wars at once. Remember, I’m not like you, I have a weak mindset, trying to overcome myself and do PE is a big enough mental war, only those with my issues will understand. I have social anxiety, can’t go to the gym for sure, I can start eating better but going to the gym would be like going to prison, again only those who have it will understand.

I really didn’t make this post to talk about my diet. I need some advice on the jelq grip and the force needed as well as some recommended threads to read if possible. So much information on here that it’s easy to get a headache. Guy on the videos is pulling his penis like he wants to tear it off then a few posts later I see people recommending mild force when jelqing. That’s the issue, my dissatisfaction with my jelqs. If I was feeling I’m doing it right, I wouldn’t have stopped at all as I’d have been satisfied.

Hi Varna,

Congrats on starting your PE journey. It does take some time to develop your jelq technique. For me, the overhand jelq has seemed to work the best. I have tried a few different grips but I’ve found that one to be the best. Focusing most of the grip on the sides (almost like a C grip than a closed OK) and milking forward. For pressure, you don’t want it too hard. You should be able to see the blood being pushed forward and your penis/glans expanding as you do it. When you finish you should have a heavier flaccid hang and not turtle (from my understanding that may be a sign that you’re gripping too tight and overdoing it).

Are you using heat? I’ve been using an IR lap the last two months or so and love it. Helps everything stay warm and loose. Many members swear by constant heat and from my short time using constant heat, I would tend to agree.

I think the other member have mentioned diet as it is an important part of overall health and can help you with gains in the long run. You mentioned fighting two battles at once is too much. Take that same mindset with your body. You are stressing your unit through PE exercises and the body is fighting to repair it and make it bigger. By having a poor diet, you are asking your body to fight multiple battles as it’s likely you may have some nutrient deficiencies that can effect healing/overall health.

I was very skeptical at first but PE has worked for me and the biggest thing has been consistency. It’s hard at times but now it has become a part of my daily routine and I feel much better after doing my exercises.

Jelking is a hard technique. I haven’t mastered in almost 2 years of PE. Listen what these gentlemen are saying here they’re teaching the path, but you must walk through. This isn’t easy, never is.

Lose weight, grow some muscles, set your life to a healthy journey.

I’m a physiotherapist and my daily basis is rehabilitation, and that’s what you need right now.

Go slow and don’t rush forward.

I’ve been relatively successful with the Jelqs actually. Reverse OK Grip really lets me work the base and get the most out of it. It’s presently the only way i can get through 20 minutes of jelqing without hand fatigue. Hopefully that helps. Keep your head up mate.
