After 4 Years Of Not Gaining I Finally Gained Some Girth.
Last time I did P.E exercises was about 2-3 months ago. I didn’t gained anything so I decided to give it some decon break.
My last routine was 5 days on - 2 days off. I started with 15 min a day of dry jelqing and gradually increased to 45 min a day jelqing in a period of 3 months. Stretching was only 5 min and stayed the same because I was aiming for girth. Most of the time I didn’t warmup. That was a mistake. Like I said I didn’t gained anything with this routine.
One month ago I started masturbating once or twice a day. For no particular reason. Just felt like it.. After one month of this.. I noticed that my erections we’re not so strong and my penis was a little bit tired or fatigued. That masturbation marathon lasted until 6 days ago when I decided to start doing P.E again. Before I started I measured and my girth was same as always. I decided to try some exercises and variants for couple of days. Why not.. My penis was tired anyway. Then I planned to stop masturbating and make 2 weeks rest so my penis feels good again. During these 2 weeks I wanted to make a plan for my next routine and spend some time here on this forum reading and learning. But.. What happened was this. After 4 days of trying out some jelqing variants, stretches and warm up techniques I decided to finally take the 2 weeks off. I measured every day on these 4 days and no girth gained.. As expected. But I measured just to see how things are going and log some things. However the fifth day (when my resting started) I measured and what can I see.. I have gained 3 mm(1/8”). Not much but something. I measured couple times during the day and same results. Today (day 6) same like yesterday. My penis feels little bit bigger. I don’t know how to feel about this. I haven’t seen gains (even temporarily) for a long time.
My problem is now that I don’t know how to proceed. My penis felt fatigued even before the exercises and now it is even more fatigued after the 4 days of trying out exercises. This is my second rest day I still feel my penis is tired. But I see some gains anyway.
I didn’t plan this. I was just trying out jelqing variants. Now what? Rest until when.. ? Start what routine? Why these gains now (even temporary)? How do I proceed?
This is what I did during the 4 days I was trying out exercises.
Day 1:
- 10 min warmup
- 15 min dry jelqing - really slow. Around 120 jelqs.(hard to maintain erection)
- 10 min warm down.
I repeated this routine 3 times this day.
Day 2:
- 10 min warmup
- 15 min dry jelqing - really slow. Around 120 jelqs.(hard to maintain erection)
- 10 min warm down
After 6 hours
- 10 min warmup
- 4 dry jelqs on 100 % erection high grip pressure.
- 10 min fast, light grip dry jelqs (easy to maintain erection)
- 10 min warm down.
Day 3:
- 10 min warmup
- 15 min dry jelqing - mixed (slow and fast)
- 10 min warm down.
After 6 hours
- 10 min warmup
- 5 min wet jelqing while having little plastic band at the base of my penis to keep my penis fuller with blood. (I have done this exercise in the past and have gained only flaccid girth gains. Also during that time my veins got bigger and didn’t like that.. Also one vain around the base is really bigger even it has been 2 years last time I did this exercise). I don’t feel comfortable with this exercise.. I just wanted to try it again to see how it feels.. And maybe give it a try again.

Day 4:
- 10 min warmup
- 10 min dry jelqing - fast jelqing - around 400 jelqs (easy to maintain erection)
- 10 min warm down.
- 10 min warmup
- 20 min wet jelqing - my penis was bigger after this exercise then after the other exercises. (Temporary bigger).
Also to note that the gains that I got 4 years ago was with this exercise.

Day 5: mseg was bigger 3 mm (1/8”)
Day 6: mseg was bigger 3 mm (1/8”) - today
I know it is a long post. Sorry about that. I just feel excited and feel like there is hope again. I just need some advice on what to do next.
