My Story and Progress Report going Forwards

Hi Everyone

I first visited TP or similar sites years ago. I ve definitely lurked on TP in the years since.

Now here I am going to show some common traits I ve read on the forum. (I have read and read and read over the last 6 months or .. And still do to this day .. Huge bookmarked list to get thru).

I took no early pics. I took no perfect starting measurements. Originally from memory only my BPEL was 6.0 / 6.2. My MSEG was 5.0. I am very certain these are correct.

So I began. About 5 or so months ago. In the shower to start. Once again I made the usual mistakes of inconsistency, no proper record etc. I did nothing more than the newbie routine. Much more focus on manual stretching than jelqing. I have hardly jelqed in all honesty. To my amazement my BPEL went up by about 0.7" and my BPFSL by the same amount.

This amazed me. And has lit the fire within me to really take this serious and do it properly.

I started doing it properly 2 days ago.

Routine
Eat a healthy meal
Drink lots of water before during and after
I have a very very warm bath for 20 mins or so prior
About 12 to 15 mins manual stretching spread over 30 mins
About 10 mins lubed jelqing
I use a space heater thru out

I plan on edging a couple of times a day. I believe this helped my blind gains.

I plan on doing 2 or 3 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off depending on my responsibilities each week. This week probably 5 on 2 off.

Now it’s worth mentioning I do my manual stretches slightly different to those outlined here. It’s hard to describe. I lose grip when stretching and holding. But I don’t when I do something like a bungee jump motion. I kinda stretch it out then slight release before stretching it out again. About 3 to 5mm is the difference in the in / out motion. I can keep my grip for longer doing it this way. I am uncircumcised.

I hope 9 months of PE will yield size increases and along with a huge decrease in porn use / masturbating will dramatically improve my EQ.
My EQ is very poor due to the over use of porn.

My BPFSL hit 7.875 yesterday. That’s a gain of 0.25 which has shown over the last couple of weeks. So I am still growing. BPEL is harder to say due to my probable PIED. I have hit 7.3 BPEL recently. Now here I am going to show some common traits I ve read on the forum. (I have read and read and read over the last 6 months or .. And still do to this day .. Huge bookmarked list to get thru).

To my amazement about 5 months ago my BPEL was 6.6. I put this down to a jelqing effect when edging / masturbating over the years.

I have massively over edged / masturbated over the last 2 decades. Far too much. Far too much porn. Nothing extreme. Just amatuer vanilla porn. But far far too much nonetheless. I can’t be certain the length gain is down to edging in a jelq like manner but this is my belief. Regardless it gave me belief in the methods this site espouses. The recent end of a very very long relationship provided me with the motivation. I am not lazy like I once was. I decided to get stuck into the newbie routine.

I first visited TP or similar sites about 17 years ago. I ve definitely lurked on TP in the years since. 17 years ago I weighed over 21 stone. I now weigh 13st 7lbs. I never did PE properly. I guess I did nt believe / was lazy.

Now here I am going to show some common traits I ve read on the forum. (I have read and read and read over the last 6 months or .. And still do to this day .. Huge bookmarked list to get thru).

I took no early pics. I took no perfect starting measurements. 17 years ago from memory only my BPEL was 6.0 / 6.2. My MSEG was 5.0. I am very certain these are correct. To my amazement about 5 months ago my BPEL was 6.6. I put this down to a jelqing effect when edging / masturbating over the years.

I have massively over edged / masturbated over the last 2 decades. Far too much. Far too much porn. Nothing extreme. Just amatuer vanilla porn. But far far too much nonetheless. I can’t be certain the length gain is down to edging in a jelq like manner but this is my belief. Regardless it gave me belief in the methods this site espouses. The recent end of a very very long relationship provided me with the motivation. I am not lazy like I once was. I decided to get stuck into the newbie routine.

So I began. About 5 or so months ago. In the shower to start. Once again I made the usual mistakes of inconsistency, no proper record etc. I did nothing more than the newbie routine. Much more focus on manual stretching than jelqing. I have hardly jelqed in all honesty. To my amazement my BPEL went up by about 0.7" and my BPFSL by the same amount.

This amazed me. And has lit the fire within me to really take this serious and do it properly.

I started doing it properly 2 days ago.

Routine
Eat a healthy meal
Drink lots of water before during and after
I have a very very warm bath for 20 mins or so prior
About 12 to 15 mins manual stretching spread over 30 mins
About 10 mins lubed jelqing
I use a space heater thru out

I plan on edging a couple of times a day. I believe this helped my blind gains.

I plan on doing 2 or 3 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off depending on my responsibilities each week. This week probably 5 on 2 off.

Now it’s worth mentioning I do my manual stretches slightly different to those outlined here. It’s hard to describe. I lose grip when stretching and holding. But I don’t when I do something like a bungee jump motion. I kinda stretch it out then slight release before stretching it out again. About 1cm is the difference in the in / out motion. I can keep my grip for longer doing it this way. I am uncircumcised.

In the next 9 months I hope to hit my goal weight. Be fit strong and flexible (I do pilates / yoga as well as strength training). I also hope 9 months of PE will yield size increases and along with a huge decrease in porn use / masturbating will dramatically improve my EQ.
My EQ is very poor due to the over use of porn mentioned above.

I’ve been told I’m a very good looking guy. Hard to accept when you were 21 stone. My divorce will be done in a year. At which point I’ll be at my goal weight, hopefully improved my EQ and be a little bigger.

I intend to enjoy myself and have some fun!

My starting BPFSL hit 8.0 yesterday. That’s a gain of 0.25 which has shown over the last couple of weeks. So I am still growing. BPEL is harder to say due to my probable PIED. I have hit 7.3 BPEL recently. I believe there could be more there tho. I’m hopeful of being a quick gainer but its impossible to say based upon the inconsistency of my methods and recording. I’m confident I have more gains to come as I have hardly jelqed yet and not really done this properly so far in truth. I also have nt done it with much intensity at all. I have more intensity to try down the line along with all the other techniques I ve read about should I desire / they be called for.
