My Story and Progress Report going Forwards

Hi Everyone

I first visited TP or similar sites years ago. I ve definitely lurked on TP in the years since.

Now here I am going to show some common traits I ve read on the forum. (I have read and read and read over the last 6 months or .. And still do to this day .. Huge bookmarked list to get thru).

I took no early pics. I took no perfect starting measurements. Originally from memory only my BPEL was 6.0 / 6.2. My MSEG was 5.0. I am very certain these are correct.

So I began. About 5 or so months ago. In the shower to start. Once again I made the usual mistakes of inconsistency, no proper record etc. I did nothing more than the newbie routine. Much more focus on manual stretching than jelqing. I have hardly jelqed in all honesty. To my amazement my BPEL went up by about 0.7” and my BPFSL by the same amount.

This amazed me. And has lit the fire within me to really take this serious and do it properly.

I started doing it properly 2 days ago.

Routine
Eat a healthy meal
Drink lots of water before during and after
I have a very very warm bath for 20 mins or so prior
About 12 to 15 mins manual stretching spread over 30 mins
About 10 mins lubed jelqing
I use a space heater thru out

I plan on edging a couple of times a day. I believe this helped my blind gains.

I plan on doing 2 or 3 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off depending on my responsibilities each week. This week probably 5 on 2 off.

Now it’s worth mentioning I do my manual stretches slightly different to those outlined here. It’s hard to describe. I lose grip when stretching and holding. But I don’t when I do something like a bungee jump motion. I kinda stretch it out then slight release before stretching it out again. About 3 to 5mm is the difference in the in / out motion. I can keep my grip for longer doing it this way. I am uncircumcised.

I hope 9 months of PE will yield size increases and along with a huge decrease in porn use / masturbating will dramatically improve my EQ.
My EQ is very poor due to the over use of porn.

My BPFSL hit 7.875 yesterday. That’s a gain of 0.25 which has shown over the last couple of weeks. So I am still growing. BPEL is harder to say due to my probable PIED. I have hit 7.3 BPEL recently. I believe there could be more there tho. I’m hopeful of being a quick gainer but its impossible to say based upon the inconsistency of my methods and recording. I’m confident I have more gains to come as I have hardly jelqed yet and not really done this properly so far in truth. I also have nt done it with much intensity at all. I have more intensity to try down the line along with all the other techniques I ve read about should I desire / they be called for.

So hello everyone. There’s my story. I have begun keeping a PE journal. I thought I’d start my own progress thread. I have some questions to ask as I go along. Thankyou to all those trailblazers who went before and have contributed. I owe you all a debt of gratitude.

4 day report

My penis is becoming conditioned to jelqing as I go. My slowly improving EQ is even allowing for a gradual increase in jelq erection % to aid the conditioning. PI’s are good. A 5th day in a row before my 2 day break over the weekend should be no problem. This is the first time I ve done 5 on 2 off.

NoFap going very well. Much reduced so far. NoPorn going very well also. Much reduced as well.

Nutrition and exercise been on point.

Very happy with this weeks efforts so far :)

Much improved morning wood this morning .. I really felt yesterday’s jelqs were the best I ve ever done by a mile .. Left a great feeling after and thru today .. Higher erection % and the fact I am slowly becoming more conditioned to them are the reasons I believe .. Can’t wait for tonight’s session before resting tomorrow .. Its the highlight of my day atm (thoughtful emoji)

Only fapped twice in 4 days .. Huge reduction on average .. And one of them was an edging ‘mistake’ .. Looked at porn briefly to test my EQ .. Now there’s a pointless exercise if ever there was one .. The poison is not part of the cure

I am the same with PE. Harder erections, and I feel jelqing is getting easier for me.

I haven’t measured since I started 2 weeks ago, but I will this Sunday. Even the tiniest gains will motivate me even more.

During my weight loss journey .. Weight always seems to come off a few days after you want to give up .. I ve a feeling this will be similar

First rest day done .. Helped by being completely consumed with sport .. And a bit of team alcohol drinking afterwards .. Nofap again today which is the opposite of what I planned

PI’s are fantastic today .. Good flaccid hang = zero reluctance to public showers .. In fact quite the opposite

First full week done .. EQ jumped today on my second rest day .. Flaccid best it’s ever been .. Overall very pleased with my efforts

I’m looking forward to week 2 .. Full week of the better jelqs I got to on days 4 and 5

Fapped 3 times (2 were edging ‘mistakes’) .. Big reduction .. In truth if my routine solves the porn / edging / masturbating issue and gets my EQ back to consistently 9/10 plus .. That is enough of a reward in itself

I journal each morning .. On whatever is apt .. I write regularly about PE atm .. Visualising 6,9,12 months into the future .. Reminding myself to be dedicated, disciplined, consistent and patient

Onwards to week 2 .. Jeez time seems to be flying by at the minute .. Make the most of it

I can’t quite remember exactly what 10/10 EQ is lol .. I think I’m getting close .. Maybe 9/10 at present .. Much much improved after only 8 days .. I’m possibly edging too much in total .. Something to ponder

Flaccid hang fantastic today .. Always been a big grower .. Never been a shower .. I find the flaccid gains amazing .. Tho its not something I’m aiming for .. A little is OK .. Id rather it did nt increase too much .. Team sports mean my penis is well known .. My weight loss can be used to explain some increase

As well as being a grower I ve always been a fair few shades darker down there .. I made a note of firegoat rolls .. Not done them as required so far but I will bring introduce them in time

Sweating it out in my hot bath warm up atm .. Don’t drop your phone lol .. What’s the thoughts on warm bath followed by constant heat via a space heater vs warm cloth warm up followed by the same constant space heater ?

Goin strong here still .. Sticking to my routine with good discipline .. Focussing on making my jelqs fuller and longer .. I all too easily lose concentration and go a bit too quick and limp .. Going for quality over quantity as I ve read about on here .. So being alert to stop and ‘re-set’ myself before starting again .. I seem to split my jelqing into 4 or 5 short burst as a result of this

PI’s are great .. Really pleased .. Nighttime and morning wood are slowly improving .. Single atm but I think if a naked woman was laid next to me I’d be pretty hard .. But no way of knowing atm lol

I’m going to reduce the edging sessions down bit by bit .. Down to maybe on a morning, afternoon and just after my workout which is usually within an hr of bed anyways when it all happens automatically

NoFap and NoPorn also going very well .. 4 times in 10 days is a massive improvement .. Half of which were edging mistakes .. PE is proving a powerful motivator for this

Congrats on your gains, and EQ. Good sign that something good is happening. Loosing weigth is always a good way to improve how the flaccid one appears, and of course the flaccid is also growing, but BP gains are the true motivator. Go for the biggest penis that your body will give you. The neewbie gains that you are experiencing are fast and fun, but they are usually limited to an inch or inch and a half, and after that, it needs a lot more work to grow, but some guys get another half inch or an inch more after a long time and effort. Good luck, be the biggest you can be.

Cheers for the encouragement / motivation NW .. I appreciate it .. If I gain no more apart from great EQ then I’ll take that .. If I’m being greedy I’d love to get to 8.0 BPEL which is another inch or just under .. Any more girth would be ample .. Fingers crossed .. I have about a full year where I should be able to make this a priority where its easy to find the time to work out .. My physical health goals will hopefully be completed in that time frame also
