After A Long Time . Doing This Properly

The way I do it (I think it’s right). Stand with your palm facing your penis then rotate your hand inward 180 degrees (counter clockwise right and clockwise left). With the top of your hand now facing your penis grasp it behind the glans in the V between your index and third fingers. Sounds awkward and uncomfortable but the leverage is better and I can do many sets with 3 or 4 minute holds with little or no fatigue in my hands.


Starting: (3/1/20) BPFSL 6.75" NBPEL 6.5" MSEG 4.9"

Now: BPFSL 7.5" NBPEL 7.0" MSEG 5.0"

Goal 8" NBPEL 6" MSEG

Edging too much might be possible, but IME, it is very rare and I would mostly confuse it with edging with a bad grip for too long and losing EQ because of it.

Keep edging and modifying your grip (if necessary) and you’ll get better, it took me 3 years of PE to get decent with edging, it definitely helps with gains if done properly, it’s probably the best length gaining tool out there, at least ime, and in combination with a good grip when stretching of course.

5 weeks completed … the time just keeps whizzing by … glad I made good use of it

Yesterday I think my bpel showed a gain … tough to say because of what I am going to describe next

Erection quality

I arranged a hookup a few days ago and my erection quality was nt what I hoped. Its too complicated to go into the details. There are so many possible reasons. Could be a cocktail of many of them.

So without stressing I’d like to take steps to improve my erection quality first and foremost. I’m going to cut masturbating right down. I’d happily take high eq and not lasting long over low eq and not having the chance. Secondly I am going to stop edging for the time being. Thirdly I need to get some better nights sleep.

I kno I need to leave my penis alone and let it re program itself. Due to circumstances and the above I’m going to take 2 rest days … then 2 workout days before 2 more rest days and my next hookup

I should point out I was pretty poorly with a bug thats going around last week and was knackered from having lots to do whilst ill … it was also my first time in a long time and it was a little overwhelming … not much chat straight down to it lol … I’m new to this … but I am a quick learner … i can see it is going to be alot of fun :)

I kno it’s difficult to give advise without knowing more details … but any advise will be warmly received

Week 6 has become an unscheduled rest week … illness and life circumstances have dictated as such … I’m enjoying the rest tbh

Flaccid is good … seems girthy … I’m too ill to measure or do anything so just enjoying the peace and quiet and figuring the rest will do me good

In being forced to take a rest I’ve got that monkey off my back … I will be less reluctant to take rests in future … in fact I’m thinking of switching from 5 on 2 off to 2 on 1 off going forwards

Edging less may well be producing benefits already … I think I was doing it too much and possibly doing it wrong … tiring the little fella out and not at high enough erection % training my penis to operate at too low an erection % … we shall see

Hopefully in time for another hook up tomo night … different girl to last week … as such I will continue my week of rest … BPFSL is holding firm so no losses :)

Back to it next week … looking forwards to it … I’m going to reduce the intensity and break up the 5 days in a row with a rest day as well as continuing with the reduced edging … I’m hoping for EQ Improvements to follow (fingers crossed emoji) … if so I can take a look at increasing intensity again and trying to find my sweet spot

I have done the same mistake with edging for too long at too low of an EQ to give results. But it was part of my learning process and still is, I still have a difficult time feeling kegels and reverse kegels after already edging for a while and contracting them.

I am also in a relationship now and I also need to get more sleep.

I’m with you on getting more sleep … tho having a 2 year old and both being ill have made this tricky the last couple of weeks

The learning process involved in this is remarkable … it is nt just a set of universal instructions for everyone to follow … they are maybe 1% of it … maybe less … the other 99% seems to be gained from trial and error both individually and collectively as read and researched in here

I ve learnt so much in the month and a half or so I ve been doing this properly its amazing … and no doubt there is sooo much more yet to learn … I can’t wait

Congratulations, but you shouldn’t be so amazed imo. It’s predictable after all the effort.

I don’t have kids and I live alone actually, I have trouble with sleep since I was a kid, I’ve been on and off sleeping pills, currently not using, I exercise a lot to get tired and even before I go to bed I do some extra stretching and maybe squats to get tired enough to go to sleep faster.

Congratulations on having a kid too, I hope all goes well with your health so you can get back to more PE and alone time.

Fate and covid mean I am on my own tonight … this means I can start up again … I’m in the bath now as it happens warming up lol

Seeing this as the start of the 2nd little phase of my newbie-ish routine and this log … proper manual stretching and holds utilising a small piece of toilet tissue as described earlier …. continuation of the perfect jelqs I had begun to hit … and a watchful eye on my EQ … reducing edging down in total … and in particular bad limpesque edging … and more rest mainly by reducing the 5 on to 2 or 3 on

Im not jumping from one method to another … more tweaking and fine tuning based upon my experience so far and the feedback my PI’s are giving me

I’m hoping to tread closer to the magnificent fine line balance we are all striving for this week … and that improved EQ will come as a result

3 days done in a row after my almost week off … potential hookup on Fri night … I’m gearing the next 72 hrs towards that … not pushing my workouts too hard and a complete no touch and no sexy images policy thru out … EQ is my focus

Back in the gym today after a couple weeks off due to illness … great to get back in the swing of things … 14 weeks till Xmas … potentially upto 14lbs to lose is my target

Be great by Xmas to be 12st, stronger, fitter and more flexible … with a bigger dick and great EQ … I doubt santa will deliver these so its upto me :)

BPFSL has just hit 8.15 which is fantastic … hit it a few times over the last few days … once may even of been a smidgen higher

I struggle to measure BPEL in truth due to variable EQ and that damn ruler shyness … so BPFSL is my standard for the time being

EQ battle continues … I’m moving in the right direction … trial and error … trying to find the correct balances

I’m hoping in 3 to 6 months to both improve my EQ to where i want I to be as well as maybe increase my size increases little … twin aims and goals

They both take time

Workout wise I’m doing a 3 on 2 off to start this week … unsure about the last 2 days … depends on my life schedule

I’m starting to lean towards shorter sessions and more rest … mainly to see if this has any affect on EQ

Still plugging away … same routine … BPFSL is now upto 8 and 3/16 inches or 8.1875 … very pleased with this … shows I am still growing … flaccid looks longer and fatter

It seems I have 3 simultaneous penis projects going on at the same time … size increases, EQ recovery from PIED / poor habits and PE/Stamina building … I’m hoping all 3 can be worked on at once … tho I had hoped to see better EQ improvements by now … this may be indicative of how much damage I’ve done … I could possibly be stretching too much … my D does seem to get tired about halfway thru … I may try stopping around then and see if it makes a difference
