After A Long Time . Doing This Properly

Today is the last workout day of my second week of 5 on 2 off .. I kno I keep saying it but time is flying by so make sure to make the most of it .. In a week / a month’s time when you look back make sure you put a shift in and have something to be proud of

Possible girth gains on measuring today .. Girth seems tough to measure for a few reasons .. You seem to get a feel for measuring .. Thats certainly the case with measuring length for me .. I ve only just started girth work and measuring girth in truth .. I assume the same feel will come in time

Length measuring in at 7.34 today .. A possible good sign .. Could be due to better EQ which is improving fast .. It all takes me closer to 8.0

Fapped 4 times in 11 days .. My confidence is rising in my ability to resist .. Only porny type thing is a dating / hookup site which I’ve joined recently to build my confidence up .. I guess I should nt go on it too much 🤔

Today I had my first time attempting to measure strain .. A little over 3% which seems in the sweet spot .. I enjoyed reading longerstretches thread and will continue to monitor my strain over the coming weeks .. Interesting stuff

I ve also ordered a new wooden ruler to use for measurements .. Much easier to draw lines on it than the plastic one I have .. Will need to file the margin off and sand it down

2nd weeks workouts completed .. Everything seems to be going well .. 2 rest days now .. Tho I may swap Sundays rest day with Mondays workout looking at my life schedule next week

2nd week of 5 on 2 off completed .. Flaccid hang very good .. Best ever in fact today .. I just want to copy and paste week 2 into next week .. Thats my aim

I will continue to monitor strain after just starting .. Be interesting to see a full 5 days worth of stats

I think jelq erection % can go up again this week .. Hoping these are the early building blocks to some newbie girth gains

I ve lost 3lbs taking my weight down to 13 stone 4lbs .. I could feel a weight loss coming .. I ve been very disciplined with both my physical health routine and PE routines

I did day 2 of week 3 last night .. Great wood thru the night .. Possible 9/10 .. My space heater broke last night :( .. So will have to source another one of them ..

So far since I started my log my length measurements are the same with a possible small girth increase .. Very short time span .. EQ much improved .. I’m thrilled with the discipline I ve shown .. Onwards soldiers :)

Edging ‘mistake’ 2 hrs prior to my session .. I decided to push ahead rather than have a rest day .. Session went well .. Glad I tried it for experience more than anything else .. Adds to the knowledge base

Erections are becoming more frequent and harder .. It is noticeable now

My sessions are progressing nicely .. Jelqing intensity and duration are going up .. Its getting easier to do great jelqs with every session .. Conditioning is improving all the time

My new wooden ruler arrived today .. I cut off the margins and took some measurements and drew some lovely sharp lines .. BPFSL is slightly over 8.0

Tomo is the last day of my 3rd set of 5 on 2 off

3 full weeks done of 5 on 2 off .. Into week 4 now .. I ve done about 1 week of perfect jelqs .. I’m looking forwards to continuing with those .. Not much movement on the ruler and tape measure so far .. But that’s not important at this very early stage .. Onwards into week 4

Not hit a 10/10 erection yet really .. My aim is to get to the holy land of regular 10/10 thru out each day .. My PIs are great though so no worries .. Could be a flatline / fall in libido due to limiting porn consumption right down .. The only erotic images I see are on a hookup site I’m using .. Or it could be tired from edging hmmm

I think some new gains are starting to show .. Hard to tell as always .. I ve switched to a new ruler which should help going forwards .. My pre and post BPFSL seem to be up by 0.3cm .. Girth which I find harder to measure could be up by 2cm at MEG .. All good .. PIs still great .. And my unit feels great before during and after my workouts

Day 3 of week 4 today .. 5 on 2 .. Keep going

Weight loss .. I ve increased my strength sessions .. 2 more lbs off this week taking my weight to 13st 2lbs .. Fat pad looks smaller to the eye :)

I don’t know what my weight loss goal is tbh .. My gut instinct is between 12st and 12.5st .. I guess I’ll kno when I get there .. Good chance of getting into this weight range by Xmas

Still going strong here .. Today is day 3 of week 5 .. Still looking to workout 5 days and have 2 rest days .. May be 4 on 3 off this week due to other obligations .. I don’t see more rest as a negative

Girth gains are starting to show .. Some of it could be due to better EQ which this week has shot up .. I was a bit worried as EQ Improvements had stalled a bit .. I was nt able to get good elections with any frequency .. It is this that is noticeably better this week .. I think this was maybe a noporn flatline / brain re-wiring phase

I don’t think all the girth gains are down to EQ .. I think its likely the majority of them are legitimate size increases .. Hopefully this is the beginning of my newbie girth gains .. Its no surprise as I’m finally doing really good jelqs .. I ve built up my conditioning and I am achieving very good expansion now .. More of my stokes are of a high quality as well which I have learnt is key

The girth increase seem to be all along my dick .. Do jelqs produce base girth gains?

MSEG is has increased by circa 0.2cm

Something I ve utilised recently when stretching is using a small piece of tissue paper / kitchen roll to hold the penis .. I read this little nugget somewhere and it is testament to reading as much as possible in this forum regardless of whether you think it is relevant or not

As such I ve been able to begin stretching as per the newbie routine rather than the bungee jump method I outlined at the beginning .. Using the tissue paper I am able to hold the stretches for 30 seconds .. Another nugget I read was holding the stretches with straight arms is easier than bent

So yesterday I stretched properly for the first time ever .. It felt great .. I could feel it in the ligaments and along the shaft .. Coupled with high quality jelqs today was my best workout yet .. PIs and flaccid afterwards are awesome

Toilet paper or tissue paper really does help, especially with overhand grips

Baby powder or corn starch are great for improving grip. Also learn the V grip if you don’t use it already. Takes a lot of strain off the hands.

I ve read up on the V stretch many times and can’t quite get my head around it … ill gladly read up more if you can point me in the right direction … I remember reading many times a post with pics of a bloke demonstrating with a belt … it may be time to re-visit

The grip I use now is I think the overhand grip … where the top centre of the penis sits in the very top centre of the gap between thumb and first finger
