After A Long Time . Doing This Properly

After yesterday’s post and re-reading sparkyx’s EQ thread I ve decided its worth exploring if I’m doing too much in my workouts … I did nt think I was and there could be other factors at play … but my next logical step is to reduce my workouts down to see if this makes any difference to EQ

My current workout is

20 mins hot bath
20x 30 second pulls in various direction
3 x 3 to 4 min lubed jelqs

Usually 5 days a week with 2 rest day dictated by life responsibilities

To begin I will reduce the manual stretching to around half … the point where my D starts to get tired is usually around halfway thru … it is possible that force and not time is the problem so I will look at both separately to gauge if either make a difference

I will suss this out at some point!

Yesterday I did my first half-ish session … I reduced the stretches down to about 60% of the duration I usually do … I stopped when my D felt tired … with jelqs I did a similar amount of duration but reduced the intensity down by about 20% at a guess

My D felt different afterwards and today … basically not as tired

It is worth noting my BPFSL hit the same figure after my lighter workout as it usually does … I’m taking this as a good sign

I have the usual 5 days on with 2 days of resting planned this week … all will be done at yesterday’s lighter level

The honest truth is I only want another 0.5 x 0.25 to 0.5 … very very achievable given I’m still fairly early in my TP career

I’m doubling down on my focus and belief in the process from now till Xmas :)

Trizz; you have a difference between flaccid stretched and erect of nearly an inch, and give it time and effort, your erect will catch up 😉

Well I ve just managed to get a 9.5/10 EQ … with the intention of measuring … and low and behold I’m upto 7 inch and 15/32th … almost 7.5

This is great news … I suspected this could be the case when my BPFSL increased recently … but my documented EQ troubles make this difficult to confirm

Thankyou to Norwegian wood above for giving me the push … and thankyou to the PE gods … this will keep me motivated to keep going right up to Xmas :)

Maybe another mm or 2 yesterday BPFSL

I ve decided I really need to go NoFap … after alot of reading this week it’s time to really go for it … I want to do it for all of the non sexual benefits regardless … but the hoped for improvements in probable PIED and PE are certainly a huge motivation

I ve already achieved a huge reduction in it all in September … down by 80 to 90% … no porn just about 100% … I’m 100% already across the board in October … 3 months till the end of the year

Anyone else out there gonna join me?

Halfway thru this week … rest day today … I ve so far done a reduction in jelqing intensity and stopped stretching if tired … all good … nofap going strong

Reason for today’s post is to detail a fantastic morning wood this am … best in forever … it was still dark and there were no lights on but I ‘felt’ very big and solid … which was nice

Confidence in my returning EQ will help me to stop ‘testing’ it … I look forwards to this

I’m making further nutritional improvements currently alongside stepping up my strength training and overall exercise … I have some fantastic goals in mind to reach by Xmas

Quick measurement on my rest day … signs my maximum MSEG may be 1/16th of an inch bigger … the point where I measured it 5.3125 has never been the girthiest part of my ding dong … the biggest measurement has always been a bit higher up … so this could be a bigger increase than 1/16th … if true this is great news … less of a baseball bat affect

In truth I’d snap your hands off for 8.0x5.5 … 5.3 is very close to this goal

I ve measured 5.3125 inches girth a few times now … enough to confirm it … one time even hitting 5.375 … fingers crossed these could be my newbie girth gains starting

My EQ has come on leaps and bounds this last week … the dull ache I had in the glans has gone

Throw in my recent length increase and my over-riding plan now is to stick with exactly what i am doing … I am confident I can do this till Xmas

Now that I have confirmation that I am currently making progress towards my EQ and length and girth goals it is time to begin working on my suspected PE issue

Simply put I want to implement a no touch policy in-between my workouts … I need my D to forget everything I ve taught it … and to re train it with good habits

My confidence in my system should help me with the not touching … basically I don’t need to ‘test’ myself all the time … discipline and patience is now the order of the day

I ve upped my stretching to about a minute using my phone to time them … my arms get fairly tired … I’m constantly exploring new ways of using my body as an anchor … are those who manually stretch for very long times just conditioned to do so gradually over time??? I guess so

A device may come into my routine next year

Jelqs are getting better and better … really good expansion and I ve really tried to implement getting into the pleasure zone for jelqing … I ve managed this well since attempting

I’m constantly playing around with tweaks to stretching and jelqing … the last week I ve enjoyed mainly using my right hand to do the real jelqs supported by my left … on the left hand leading stroke I just jelq as before keeping blood in there … seems to achieve great expansion

Increasing jelq duration and intensity / expansion gradually appears to be key and something I am trying to keep central to my workouts

Feeling in a good zone atm 😁
