Im ready to confirm my new girth at 5.375 … my improving EQ is helping me confirm this … making my dick look shorter lol … I look pretty thick now in the mirror … especially from side on … shame about my fat pad … due to already losing alot of weight my fat pad is proving a bit stubborn sadly … I’m 5 ft 11 inches and weight 165lbs .. I will continue to reduce my body fat % … I take heart from the fact the lucky ladies will feel most of what the fat pad hides

Given a genies wish to have whatever girth I desire I really don’t know what I’d plump for … pun intended … I’m currently an hr glass shape 5.375 > 5.125 > 5.5ish … id be happy with 5.5 I guess in all honesty right here today … maybe a tad thicker at the base

A great exercise for shredding the fat pad is the V-crunches, which work all of the abs, without sacrificing on lower back pain. I tend to do 10 sets of 20 reps, albeit beimg skinny and not needing a fat pad cut.

Another great thing to try is the side plank. It works the sides of the abdomen. Also, L-arginine, L-carnitine, and BCAAs could boost fat loss.

Sorry man. You can’t burn fat on the abs alone. When you do exercises you burn fat on all your body.
That why fat people should diet and focus on burning calories on the cross trainer to lose weight. Lifting weight is good to gain muscles that make you stronger, look better and burns calories even when you rest.

Playing around with edging properly … I ve read alot on here and about it but not picked much up … I get its a difficult thing to describe

Well I ve just managed 30 mins at 9/10 eq and staying mostly in the plateau stage I ve read about elsewhere … just the lightest touches possible, using imagination in the first person (not cuckolding myself like with porn) with real women … much much better edging habits compared to the terrible masturbation habits I ve employed down the years

I’m really pleased with this … it was a long way off a couple of months ago … even a couple of weeks ago it seemed impossible … but I kept reading, kept researching, kept doing my routines, upped my nofap / noporn / notouch efforts and it seems to be paying rewards .. ill be 12 days no ejaculation tomo morning

I’m definitely going to keep this going for the time being … its alot of work doing very healthy nutrition, exercise regimen, PE regimen, nofap etc and now edging … but it will all be worth it in 6 months 😁

Another full week of routines completed … I ve reduced the number of SO stretches and increased the number of SD stretches … been feeling it in the ligs a bit more this week which is great … my arms get a lot more tired performing SO than then do SD

There may be a cpl of mm’s gains in both BPEL and BPFSL … if true this would be awesome

Plan for this week is to continue doing what I am doing

Taking an unscheduled 3 day break … my glans is a bit sore … First time this has happened … any advice on treatment or future prevention will be well received

I like unscheduled rest periods as I tend not to voluntarily pop them in … I suspect more rest is very beneficial … id also love to see the effect a week or twos rest would have on my eq

In 6 months or so time will be in shorter supply … ill make the most of my still hopefully newbie period and see what rests do in 6 months

You never stop learning at this game … keep reading and reading

As a result I ve finally incorporated the V stretch yey … I’m able to hold my stretches much easier for longer … I believe with practice I should be able to build up to 2 to 3 min holds in my stretches … over a minute today on my first day was easy

I’m moving to just straight down stretches pretty much exclusively for the time being … I’m still getting the lovely stretchy feeling in my ligs

The V stretch is also allowing for me to get my stretches done quicker … less grip changes and fatigue … my hands are also less tired for jelqing which allows for better quality jelqs done in less total amount of time

This is very important moving forwards as in 6 months or so time will be more pressing … lifes too short too be doing this for hrs everyday

Slight gain on BPEL mainly due to my best erection in a long long time … great to see … the last 2 days I ve increased my jelq erect % a bit from 50 to 60 ish to 70 to 80 ish … Im already noticing a big difference in my PIs … they have been fantastic the last 2 days … great flaccid hang and thickness

Plodding on here as always with my workouts … I ve switched the last third of my workout to no heat … and I now sit on the edge of the bed and hold SD V stretches for the cool down period

BPFSL hit 8.4375 today … 8.5 was my ambitious end of 2021 target … hopefully that converts to a BPEL gain to come before the end of the year
