Hello there, So I already have a pretty big penis so it may

Seem weird to be here, but I really want your advice. So

Right now I measure 8.5 inches long and 6.3 in girth, also

Around 5.5 inches long soft. I have made the decision

To go really massive, what should I expect with 1 year of

Daily jelqing?

Why would you want bigger than that?

Hey there. I did my research but I’m new to this so I want your help, for starters, my BPEL is 8.6 inches and my girth 6.4 inches. As I said in other posts I decided to take mu huge penis to the extreme by starting PE. After research and tips I started hanging, while doing a little bit of stretching and jelqing too.

I currently do 2 x 20 min sets with 6 lbs in the morning and 2 x15 6lbs in the evening. I will up by 1lb every week till I reach maximum stretch.

Do you think I can get an inch in length in less than 6 months?

I aim for 3 months or so, and for 2 inches in a year.

Also, how much does it contribute that my penis is already large and have more to work with? I saw someone saying that the biggest the penis the more the gains.

Do you think my goals are doable?

Now: 8.6x6.4 in

Short term goal(6 months): 9.5x6.6

Long term goal(2 years): 11x7 in

You could reach that goal with a vac hanger in 3 months. Im not so sure you could with a clamp style hanger. Your probably better off if you start with the begginer routine.

Jelking has become obsolete. Too much work and no results.

Low tension vacuum ADS for length, vacuum pump for girth. That’s what’s recommended. Go slow to keep it functional.

hey there, nice starting point. From self experience, id you want to achieve length, what worked for me is do the heavier session first to get lig fatigue then do less weight on the other sessions. I’m now doing 20 minutes 6lb then for the next rounds it goes down to 4 lb and I ride the lig fatigue better. So far I’ve grown around 3 to 5milimeter in a week, BPEL varying with erection quality. it’s only been 12 full hours of hanging. Thing is you must work with the least weight possible for longer time and high weight for shorter period because the ligaments and tendons easily adapt, so you don’t want to make it grow sideways to be able to hold more weight since that will limit your length gains. And when you reach your lenght goal (some people say go at least 1/2 inch longer than goal because when you end the PE it shrinks about that amount) then see if girth didn’t reach your goal then do girth stuff like clamping or other.

Note: I started hanging with such high weight because I’ve been using a penis extender for more than a year now. I guess you should aim for lower weight for starters, but do the heavy first as I’ve said. Heavier weights only do help girth, getting lenght with bigger girth is said to be harder. Keep that in mind

It’s a good place for anyone irrespective of their starting stats. Don’t consider the extreme stuff unless you need to later to reach your goals. Jelqing is the primary PE exercise but a rounded routine is better.

I find a bit odd that Edubrsurf says that jelqing is obsolete while you say it’s the primary PE exercise. I would have thought that contrast would be there for stretching, not jelqing: the general feeling that I got from compiling information to start a new routine is that stretching is becoming obsolete because hanging for long periods of time produces much better results (which seems to be the case also for balls exercises according to Johansen), but stretching is still valid for beginner routines, correct me if I’m wrong. Jelqing is not that specific for length but in my limited experience it works for girth and EQ.

I have the problem that the stretching grip really pulls a lot on my skin (after pulling down the fore of course) and it’s hard to feel the lig/tunica pull because the discomfort/pain from the skin is quite stronger. I have not yet found proper tape or elastic band or rubber to facilitate the grip.

This forum has been around for a long time. There’s been a stats system around for almost as long as the forum. You can dig in to find the techniques used by the people who gained best.

Some people don’t gain at all.
Some people gain very slowly.
Some people gain quickly.

You will find all those played out for all techniques. People tend to believe that the way they gained is best. You definitely don’t need to buy anything or follow the latest trend to gain. It’s probably best to focus on the proven methods and branch out into the more esoteric stuff if that doesn’t work or stops working.

You have the JAI stretch in your signature right now. It’s a very good stretch. There are other good ways of stretching. Stretching and hanging can be very similar but stretching tends to allow for easier adjustment of tension and the hand is a better tool than a hanger.

You should try to pull back your foreskin and wrap your glans and behind tightly with a strip of t-shirt or something when stretching and grip over the wrap. The technique that works best for you might take experimentation but at least pull back the foreskin and place the grip so that it’s mostly from the sides.

Bad technique is always the biggest stopper for gains. Jelqing particularly has a steep learning curve. It can easily take 6 months to become proficient.

I disagree. I think for a newbie, it has great value, is low cost, and conditions your cock for what is to come. When I started, I gained about 1.5” using the JP90 stretch and jelqing…

And frankly, I’ve found it more helpful than all the devices I own in my toolkit right now (Which includes a pump, extender, vacuum and clamp, healing sleeves, FIR devices). I got gains spending no money. I’ve gotten zero gains with all the equipment so far and spending lots of money.

So I think he can get at least 1.5 to 2 inches just using manual for 6-12 months. It is easy, takes little skill, and not likely to get hurt. Get those newbie gains!!

I use a wash cloth to grip my penis. Try it, let me know how it works for you.
