26 Weeks down. 4 sessions this week, and I really tried to push myself on the final one. I’ve also been just giving extra heat up time before going into the pump or hanging. And on an unrelated note, I think I might have Celiac disease, based on my recent diet and gut troubles.
Routine
-Warmup + 10 minutes of manuals
-Warmup + 6-10 minutes of proper jelqing
-1 hour of extending with heat, 6-9lbs
-Some short high pressure pumps, followed by a single 6-10 minute pump
-15 minutes of hanging with heat, 2.5-5lbs
