Arey - The Log - hydromax Bathmate - Phallosan - Jelq

Hey,
Long time reader, new om the forum.
I’ve been doing some stretching and jelqing, but decided to to it right this time.

Starting stats:
BPEL: 18 cm / 7.1”
MS EG: 13 cm / 5.12”
BPFL: 13 cm / 5.12”
MS FG: 11 cm / 4,33”

I’ll be using a couple of things
1: bathmate
2: Phallosan
3: stretching
4: jelq

This is more for myself to see my progress.
At this moment my routine looks something like this:

Morning: warming up in the bath tub. 3x4 minutes with the bath mate. (Still working up to 3 x 5 minutes).

After that when my skin is dried up I put on the Phallosan. Also just started it. Today I used it for 5 hours. Ordered some other sleeves because I’m semi-cut. Today I had a bit of swelling on my foreskin. Tomorrow I’ll go for 3 x 2 hours instead of 6hours straight.

In the evening I put a warm rice bag to warm up and do some manual stretches.
After that I do about 200 V-shaped jelqs.

After that the heat pad again and rest.
I also upped my calorie intake, especially my proteins. I make sure I eat around 30 grams of proteins per meal, around 200 grams/ day.

Been using the phallosan exclusively now.
It’s comfortable enough. I do sessions of 2.5 hours. At this moment I do it 2 times per day.
Will work up to wearing it 8-10 hours per day in sessions of around 3 hours.
The wife says she already feels a big difference.
BPEL is the same but I have to say I don’t have to “try so hard” to get full length.
My maximum was 18.5 cm but I could hardly reach that. EQ is definitely better so I can say that somehow I already gained 0.5 cm.

BPFL: + 0.5 cm

Happy with the gains.

1/3 days I also use the bathmate but I have the one without the outer pump so I’m careful with it.
I do like how I look after. Definitely works on the girth, but as I said. Going to check the Phallosan first.

Been wearing the phallosan for 6-7 hours per day and getting more and more used to it. Today was the first time I wore it for 6 hours straight (with two bathroom breaks and 5 min extra rest).

The wife really feels a difference in size, but it’s mainly my “max erection” which I normally only have right before climaxing, I now have it basically during the whole duration :) .

Felt the 6 hours a bit and wanted to rest my piece so took a bath.
And then decided to use my bathmate again. Didn’t use it the last 2 weeks or so because I didn’t want to overdo it.
But man what an eye opener.

Before I used the recommended 3x5 minutes. I don’t have the pump so not sure how much pressure I was using and didn’t really like that idea and also felt it was too much pressure.

I read somewhere on this forum about another method.
Basically 3 x 5 with more pressure would be for length. 20 minutes with lower pressure would be for girth. It was just a theory from one of the forum members but I follow the hypothesis.

My penis feels relaxed after all the stretching from the phallosan.
I put the bathmate around 2.5 centimetres (1 inch) under my BPEL and left it there for 15 minutes.

Penis feels way better and it’s incredible how it looks now. Girth immediately after using was 1.5 cm (0.6 inch) more without feeling I overdid it.
Obviously this will not stay like this, but like I said, it feels very natural and almost like some sort of perfect cooldown after stretching for some time. Feels like filling your penis with blood loosens everything up and thanks to the stretching it has a lot to fill.
This is definitely going to be my new routine.

Welcome among us, you’re certainly off to a great start. I have read your routine and find it well done. For the bathmate I use the hydromax7 so as not to risk an excessive donut effect I stay below my maximum expansion and it is great for girth. Good work and great gains keep in touch, bye. :up:

Hi Dosso, yes.
I have to day I worked up to it.
Wouldn’t instantly try it but you can certainly get used to it very easily.

Took a nap already with it to test if I could sleep.
Slept for an hour and after that kept it on for a couple more hours.
Next week I’ll be testing it in the night.
6 hours during the day first and 2 hours in the night (and put on an alarm).
I’ll see how it goes but it would be nice not having to “train” during the day.
It’s very easy to wear but putting on my shoes is not possible :D .

New BPFL record: 14 cm.

Been working remotely last days and not able to wear the phallosan as often as I wanted. Still happy with the progress.
14 cm is not cemented but 13.5 definitely feels like it.
So still 0.5 cm gain.

Been using the bathmate 2 / 3 times per week.
Today I tested it out at the beginning of the day, made wearing the phallosan somehow even easier.
