Like always I have a plan for how I am going to go about this. Going to take some more obscure methods I have learnt from here, remix them and hopefully gain from them. Thats much later down the line however.

Plan 8 week cycles, 6 weeks on 2 weeks off. I eventually plan to progress to some specialised clamping but for now my routine consists of 30 second flaccid pulls in all directions and 5 sets of 5 second squeezes followed by 10 minutes edging, with warm up and down. I will increase intensity/duration every two weeks.

I am trying to gain girth overall but with a focus on width. Below are some of the tools I hope will help me accomplish this.

We have similar goals, at least you have a fat head, my head has always been under 5 inch girth even after I have pumped up to be temporarily 7 inch middle section girth.

Update

Just finished an 8 week cycle, 6 weeks on and 2 weeks completely off about to start another. Measured yesterday and there have been some changes but I have noticed the callipers are not as precise as I would have hoped. Looks like I’ll have to shell out for something of higher quality. I have also noticed that head measurements and base erect depth measurements depend too much on erection quality so I am thinking of dropping them. On the plus side my girl took a porn angle video of her sucking my meat and it looked nice and long although a bit skinny especially at the base. Still struggling with porn.

Hey, did you stop hanging weights and hand stretching? I noticed you haven’t posted in your thread for a while..

Haven’t been posting because nothing interesting has been happening but 2 days ago something crazy happened.

Was reading big girtha’s clamping thread in between my own clamping sets when I came across a post. The person said that they got greater expansion when they stand up and move around vs sitting down. Now, I have clamped sitting down since I started clamping but my session that day was going pretty shit so I said fuck it why not. Did my last set standing up and got good expansion.

Yesterday I decided to try clamping standing up again and it just blew my mind. The expansion was great but what was really crazy was just how much more intense it was. Did all 4 sets standing up and at the end I was so sore that I wondered if clamping sitting down can really be called clamping. Currently contemplating dialling down the duration as I am not sure I am conditioned enough for this level of intensity. Every Kegel felt like my dick was about to explode.

Clamping while sitting and clenching the but muscles and moving the hips accordingly will give better expansion, it will feel more intense and the expansion will be measurable.

I used to start clamping while standing up just for this reason.

I haven’t been doing this for 2 years though, I got used to edging with the metal rings so much. I haven’t been clamping with cable clamps because of skin issues like the pimples I kept mentioning but I do hope one day I can get back to my PE workout from 2020, I was seeing overall shaft expansion and glans expansion. The metal ring does the same thing only with less intensity, it’s easier for me to keep it on for longer and edge to max erection.

What I was also doing was stimulating the glans with a movement similar to the one mentioned by others when saying that they were pushing their dicks against a wall. I also like hitting the desk with the glans and upper shaft to stimulate expansion while wearing a ring or clamping, nothing hurts and I don’t do it too aggressively of course.

I might have to agree with you slightly trainspot, now I think its not so much standing or sitting but more about moving while clamped. Today I started out standing, then on my last set I tried sitting again. The expansion was good but then I got the idea of kneeling with one leg up and that made the expansion even better. From this I stood up again fully and my glans looked like a balloon with my whole dick looking huge. That the best expansion I have gotten so far. Mind you all this movement was during one 10 minute set. My erection hardness would subside as I moved around sometimes but the expansion increasing.

In your example is the wall your hand then? That sounds interesting, I will try it out tomorrow and report back.
