Yeah, I think establishing a new baseline is one of the many positive factors of a deconditioning break.

Several years ago I had been jelqing/clamping for 6 months straight with my girth gains frozen at 0.4” Finally in despair I threw in the towel and gave up all PE. Five days later things felt unusually big in my hand, so I whipped out the measuring tape and… I’d jumped to 0.6” extra girth, I think that’s the first time my all too cynical mind said: “So that’s just swelling then eh?”

My glans felt particularly big when having sex a couple of days ago, decided to measure today and I’ve gained 0.3” in 4 months. Not bad. Not bad.

Plus that baseline change is mostly cemented gains. It is a great way to gain, if you know when to push and when to let off.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Not bad at all. In fact I consider it big gains for only 4 months.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Just completed another month of extending, jelqing and wrapping.

Managed to gain:

BPEL: 1 mm

MSEG: 1 mm

Glans girth: 2 mm (for a total of 0.5”) This is what I’m most happy about atm and what I intend to continue to pursue.

I’ve become increasingly convinced that consecutive periods of extending are crucial for gains. If you were to extend every other hour, for a total of 8 hours in a 16 hour period I don’t think you’d gain at all. I think it takes a minimum of two hours (even with heat) for tissues to begin to loosen and deform.

Note… this doesn’t mean you have to try and wear your extender for 2-3 hours in a single session. Quickly exit the extender. Do whatever you need to do and put it back on immediately to keep the tension almost constant, whilst maintaining good blood flow.

Happy Christmas to anyone who finds themselves on my log. I thought I’d write a bit more than normal given the festive period and my recent success.

My gains had stalled recently and I was beginning to find the long hours of extending for minimal/no gains to be quite disparaging. Rather than giving up, or continuing toward failure I decided to adjust my routine a little.

I began thinking about my heating protocol and I realised that no matter how long, and how well you heat your unit, circulation is your enemy. So I’ve begun clamped heating sessions (only clamping to limit blood flow rather than ramping up the pressure for expansion) This technique increased my heated stretched flaccid length immediately. After these heating sessions I added a manual stretching routine, multiple directions, v stretches (using a rice sock to create fulcrums) As a result I’ve cut my extender use down from 3-6 hours to around 1-3 hours just to keep my unit in an extended state post exercise.

I’ve slowed my jelqing speed down. And I’ve continued my elasticated wrap for glans girth exercise. So.. now for the important part:

I’ve gained an additional 0.2 inches in length and 0.1 inches in girth.

BPEL 7.6
MSEG 5.4

My starting stats (when I began PE many years ago) (I haven’t been at all consistent)

BPEL 6.9
MSEG 4.7

Finally…:I was 25 when I began PE with an EQ of 10. I am 31 now with an EQ of 10. I gained initially and it almost seemed like it was merely a case of bringing out my unit’s “full potential” and I worried that those preliminary gains were all I was ever going to experience. My most recent length and girth gains have taken me into uncharted territory (for me at least) and I’m really excited to see what happens next.

Warm up well. Stay warmed up. Keep believing. When your gains stall, read threads like these where people have gained well. There’s a few picture progress threads which really inspire me. Stay consistent (deconditioning is PART of your routine) Good luck.

Inspiring stuff OP. I recently hit a bit of a plateau a few months ago. I decided to change up the routine and incorporate more rest. I’ve gained roughly .25” BPEL since! Sometimes your body just needs a jolt of something else. Congrats and Happy Holidays.

Started 11/2014 6" BPEL x 4" MEG (Ballpark #'s)

As of 01/2017 7 1/2" BPEL x 4 7/8" MEG

Mixing things up is the essence of good scheduled trauma. And your mix is going to be unique.

Nice girth increase, congratulations!

Have a nice one!

Thanks for the replies and yes… I think there’s definitely an emerging trend toward functional deconditioning breaks on here.

Previous gains barriers which were fast becoming impossible plateaus for me, have been easily surpassed after my most recent prolonged decon break.

I think ultimately… deconditioning from a couple of days, perhaps even weeks of exercise is going to achieve little more than reversing those immediate gains. I’ve been exercising 7 days a week for 30 days then resting for up to two weeks following. (Length work everyday, girth work two on/ one off)
