Back at it.
Hey everybody, I’m not exactly new to PE, but have been out of the game for a few years for different reasons. When I first started, I used a bib hanger. Long story short, I’m not sure what weight I got up to, but I remember thinking that I was getting better gains once I started wrapping with a heating pad between sets. I intend on using heat again. I started PE again back in June with an auto extender, I now have a vac hanger. I started with 5# till it got too comfortable then moved up a lb at a time. When I got to 8, I experienced my first(and last) water blister. Wasn’t expecting that. I was hanging once a day for an HR and a half. With some jelqing in the shower. That was it. The water blister has healed, and now for the past month I’ve been using the bungee cord that came with the vac hanger with as much tension as it will hold and wearing it around my neck in my sleep. Usually 3 or 4 hrs later I wake up with a good bit of discomfort and take it off. I’m not seeing any length or girth gains yet, but when I’m erect now, it does feel fuller. If that makes any sense. So, just saying hello, and looking forward to figuring out what works best for me.
