Banishing The Turtle

I’ve played host to the dreaded turtle ever since I was aware I had a penis. This has impacted heavily on my life. So I’m determined to try to get rid of that turtle.

I’ve been doing simple stretching five or six times a week for the last four weeks.

I do a downward stretch and diagonal stretches downwards to the left and to the right. I do six sets of these three stretches, each stretch lasting for 30 seconds, with increasing tension for the last five seconds. I then finish off with six helicopter stretches.

After each downward stretch my flaccid penis hangs lower than it ever has in my life, which feels fantastic. It soon shrinks back after I’ve finished my exercises though.

But I have started to notice I get less turtling now. For several hours during the day I can actually feel some flaccid hang, which is utterly fantastic.

I’ve ordered an Extender and Stealthman’s anti-turtling sheath so will be bringing those into the attack soon.

I’m feeling optimistic.

You should feel optimistic. My flaccid hang has definitely benefited greatly from PE. Stay with it and be consistent. This is an obtainable and very realistic goal.

I’m nearly at 90 days since starting PE. Flaccid hang is much improved. No more bird peaking out of the nest. Keep at it.

Good on you small doses, it feels good to have that heavier hang, I feel it gives you a extra boost of confidence especially for us who had turtle syndrome.

The confidence boost is wonderful.

One of my ambitions is to be able to visit a public swimming pool or the beach, with my head held high, rather than quaking in fear as I do at present.

Thanks. Your starting BPEL matches mine but you have more girth.

I’d never performed a proper bone-pressed erect measurement before last month and had always thought mine was barely reaching 5”, so you can imagine my delight on discovering I was officially packing at least an extra 0.5”. It’s hard to believe that a shrivelled acorn can expand so much.

I’ve started applying heat prior to stretching using a microwaved sock of rice. Yesterday was the first time I’d used the sock.

After my stretching session I applied the still warm sock to the base of my penis, on the topside. Having done this my penis at and around the point of application of the heat source was amazingly stretchy. It was so elastic, almost like fresh dough. I was concerned that I might accidentally pull my penis right off!

Something I’ve been doing is I have this little piece of sillicone that I got with some Chinese vacuum hanger. It’s somewhere around 1” - 2” in length. When I get done with a session, I immediately put it on.

No, it isn’t the full size of my EL or stretch length, but it kept it in place and prevented turtling. In turn, it seems I’m making quick progress on my flaccid.

Naturally, the sillicone can be whatever lengths you want. I just had it already (and admittedly lost the other longer sillicone piece.)

I also recommend this little heat pad that I’ve been using. It comes with a USB port, so you can even plug it into a car charger. Sometimes I use it at work and this thing works so well.

I can’t remember the name and can’t find where I bought it, but I’ll update as to what the brand is when I get home.

Thanks for the advice. It all helps. I did try using Rock Tape wrapped around my stretched flaccid, but there were two problems with that. Firstly, it’s not stretchy enough. Secondly, it’s painful to remove.

I do have a stretchy silicone toe protector. I might cut the end off that and try it.

I had no noticeable turtling today. I’d been at work for a while and suddenly realised that my unit had some hang.

Prior to this realisation I hadn’t even been thinking about my unit, which was highly unusual because it’s normally uppermost in my thoughts.

The main reason why I’m constantly thinking about my penis is that it is in turtle mode and I can feel the tightness of my shaft skin and foreskin as it bunches up against my body.

Hopefully I am gradually transitioning into a world in which my penis hangs loosely and I don’t therefore experience the usual skin tightening. This is the world that most guys inhabit. A world where you can forget about your manhood for long periods because it isn’t causing you any anxiety.

Excellent! Eventually, the turtle will no longer want to put his head back, and it will all be hang.

Just keep working on your PE, man. Try not to obsess over the turtling so much, because when you are consistent with PE (and not over doing it) you will turtle less and less. I almost never turtle now when my sillicone sleeve is on.

The sleeve is mostly to keep it extended a bit longer than a normal flaccid, but does help with turtling.
