Hi All,
So, I’ve been losing my erection during sex on and off for the past 6 months or so I’d say! It’s been driving me crazy, which could be the main ongoing cause of this vicious circle!
I’m reading ‘The Hardness Factor’ by Dr Steven Lamm at the moment and have started to take L-Arginine and pine bark extracts as he suggests. I also went to the doctor to get my bloodwork and everything is looking good - low blood pressure, high testosterone, blood sugar all in check but my cholesterol was on the higher side but most likely not a concern, and no cardiovascular issues presenting themselves!
He prescribed with some Viagra, which I didn’t really want to pursue but he told me there could be some phycological benefits to not losing my erection which could, in turn, resolve the issue without medication further down the line! That’s if it is psychological… FYI - I didn’t tell him I’ve previously practised PE, I don’t think it would have made much of a difference anyway as he didn’t even know what a kegel was…
Any thoughts from vets and thunderers on this topic would be greatly appreciated?

FYI - I’m not PEing atm, I also very rarely watch porn, I’m edging and reverse kegeling to see if that will resolve this, overweight smoker but actively workout, lift heavy and train martial arts!
