Been doing PE for 3months, here is my progress.
Hey, been a little over 3 months since I started PE so still a beginner. Going to type out my routine and progress and any feedback and suggestions would be helpful. Ill def have questions. Also will be updating my album over time.
Measurements when started and progress:
- BPEL to NBPEL is a .5 length difference. (These are all BPEL)
- 10/9/2017- 6x5
I check my measurements as of now once a month.
- 1/01/2018- 7x5.2
- 2/20/2018- 7.2x5.5
- 3/20/2018- 7.5x5.6
Next measurement I will be taking on April 20th/2018.
My routine is what I been reading over time and modified to myself.
- 4 days a week (sometimes 5)
- Hot shower
- Stretch and pull 1 minute each: down,straight,up,left,right,down. = 5mins
- BTC stretch = 5mins
- Jelq = 500 reps (After every 100 jelqs, I would edge and kegel.)
- Fowfers = any time during the day when I have a chance.
- Kegel = through out the day whenever I want.
- Used Bathmate in the past but will wait to add it into my routine later in my PE adventure.
- Use a steel cock ring whenever I am not planning on doing Fowfers or having sexual activity with my gf.
- My erection quality is better than ever since doing PE.
- I am 30 years, 6’00 feet tall, 171 pounds athletic build.
My sex life with my 2 years gf is perfect already and I satisfy her completely with her squirting and having her be done always before I am.
- I just want to improve my penis size and EQ for long term performance and fantasy purposes.
My goal for my penis is
- Erect = 8.5 inches lenght/6.5 girth
