Starting a new thread. I am going to incorporate a modicum of stretching to maintain stretched length gains and as a a preventative measure to counteract the age related loss of length. The key to that will be to find the level at which EQ is unaffected or perhaps even enhanced as I have some experiences that low tension traction may provide some benefit.
Also I want to explore pumping on several fronts. Does it contribute to length? What is the effect on EQ? There is evidence here that there is an effect and there are publications that show clinical support both these notions.
