Celery works.
For years I have read about past threads, claiming how large celery consumption can lead to large sperm loads. Last year, I thought I would finally test this theory. For two weeks I refrained from ejaculating. I ate a good portion of celery every other day. I edged every day, in addition to my clamping routine at the time. When those two weeks ended, It was time to see if the experiment paid off…it did. I shot Roughly 14 ropes, followed by 3 more small contractions, so 17 contractions altogether. That was the largest load I had ever produced in my life. I normally produce rather large loads in general, around 5-7 ropes nearly every time.
Since I am currently resting on an injury and taking some time off PE, I want to try and reproduce the results of this experiment again. To also note, I am going to be doing a lot more kegals every other day. One thing I noticed to get better results from doing kegals is to perform them every other day, not every day. This allows the pelvic floor to rest and repair. In the past year I have calmed down a lot on my ejaculation frequency. I went from doing it almost every day to now doing it once every 10-14 days. This helped me calm down on a bit of a porn addiction I had.
