Celery works.

For years I have read about past threads, claiming how large celery consumption can lead to large sperm loads. Last year, I thought I would finally test this theory. For two weeks I refrained from ejaculating. I ate a good portion of celery every other day. I edged every day, in addition to my clamping routine at the time. When those two weeks ended, It was time to see if the experiment paid off…it did. I shot Roughly 14 ropes, followed by 3 more small contractions, so 17 contractions altogether. That was the largest load I had ever produced in my life. I normally produce rather large loads in general, around 5-7 ropes nearly every time.

Since I am currently resting on an injury and taking some time off PE, I want to try and reproduce the results of this experiment again. To also note, I am going to be doing a lot more kegals every other day. One thing I noticed to get better results from doing kegals is to perform them every other day, not every day. This allows the pelvic floor to rest and repair. In the past year I have calmed down a lot on my ejaculation frequency. I went from doing it almost every day to now doing it once every 10-14 days. This helped me calm down on a bit of a porn addiction I had.

Dude, not cumming for two weeks leads to large loads. Not sure what celery has to do with it. In my opinion you need to work on a more realistic hypothesis where celery stands out as the main factor

Yeah, I have heard about that too, apparently, one guy actually juiced or blended celery and pineapple, and it gives you somewhat of both benefits. I think I might try that. I never knew about the cinnamon thing, I need to look into that.

I know celery increases my load. I drink a lot of water everyday. After eating celery for a week my load is much bigger.

Celery seed is even more effective. Tried it for fun a while back. Took a tbps twice a day for a few days while doing semen retention and when I met up with the gf it was.. Pretty crazy.

I think I am going to buy some celery seed/powder I always pass by it in the store. I always think it is ‘sesaeme seed’ so I never buy it haha.

I recommend a trying celery seed extract. It comes in a dropper bottle. I took one dropper full three times a day for about a week, along with lecithin (sunflower based). It made an explosive difference!

Never saw a liquid extract before but sounds very interesting. Thanks for the tip!

I did not put this together till the other day, but I was going through the cupboard and found a jar of my protein powder I had used up from a few months ago. I never knew it had ‘sunflower lecithin’ as one of the main ingredients. That was definitely contributing to my load sizes as well as the celery. I have not taken protein powder for the past few months and tried to just get my protein from more whole food while doing this bulk thing. I stopped taking the powder because I was concerned that my liver was acting up. I was pretty underweight a year and a half back, So to put on weight I started eating like a mad man and pumping heavy iron. I was putting down 2-3 protein shakes a day! here and there that is fine, but not every day.

If I do get back on the shake powder, I will definitely take it easier than before. You really only need to drink one after a workout anyhow.

Man, I juiced some celery, pineapple, and ginger powder(ran out of cinnamon). It was great! tastes like flat ginger ale soda(which is good). It is a lot easier to consume that way, plus it separates all the stringy stuff from the celery that you can’t eat anyhow. It also made like a puree of the leftover pineapple pulp, you could eat it like apple sauce.

10-14 days without unloading! Man you’re my hero. I don’t know how you guys can endure that. If I pass one day I get mad. And I limit myself to once a day only because of PE. I remember 10 years ago I was away from home and from my wife on a trip to South Pacific for a whole month. That was excruciating. When I came back it was diluvial. The biggest blow hard I’ve seen in my life. My wife is still cleaning some corners of our bedroom.
