HELP PLEASE I need a Routine that works.
I would like to know if someone would know of a good routine that works. From step one to the end. I know some exercises but besides a warm up I just do random exercises. I know this is a lot to ask but I need to know a plan that works even with patience and dedication. I curious of whether it’s best to just uses exercises or if there are pills, foods, and equipment that helps the gains. I’d say after about 10 years trying PE at different times I have had a gain of about 3/4 of an inch longer Landing me at about 6 inches. I’d set a short term goal of maybe 7 inches but I have always wanted to push and succeed to 8 to have the male confidence.
