Change of routine
I started PE in april and gain 1 inch in length in 3 months, almost nothing in girth. But after that I didn’t gain anything. It has been almost two months and I am at the same length. I tried changing my routine by doubling the force and time of my jelqing workout and try stretching for longer periods of time but it is not working and even worse, I get horrible donut effect for half a day and it is painful the next day.
What should I try? What worked for you after you stopped gaining?
I want to buy stretcher and focus more on girth (clamper, ullis, squeezes atc) but I don’t know whether it will work.
