Is my routine okay, or should I change it?

Is my routine okay, or should I change it?

Over the past 6 months of penis enlargement, my routine has been all over the place. I’ve never actually stuck to a proper routine, so I decided to think of one to use. This is the one I’ve made:

Day 1: 50 light jelqs to warm up, 2x7mins bathmate, 50 light jelqs after each set
Day 2: 2 minutes of stretching(30 seconds in each direction), 200 high pressure jelqs (about 3 seconds long)
Day 3: Rest
Repeat

I have so many questions. Is this too little? Are the days that I’m jelqing spaced out too much? Should I be doing more jelqs on the days I use the bathmate? Is 2 days of jelqing a week enough?
I’d love to hear people’s thoughts, opinions, or even suggestions of a routine to use. As a side note, I’m mostly looking for length gains.

If you feel that the routine is working for you, then do it. The only person who can decide if a routine is too much or too little is you as the end user. If you think it is working for YOU then keep doing it.

I personally think it’s a balanced enough routine for a newbie. It should serve you well.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

If you have not been consistently following a routine I highly recommend you try the newbie for at least a couple months. It’s ok to add in some pumping but do so at very low pressure. I also recommend not measuring more than once a month, preferably once a quarter. This stuff takes time but it does work if you stay the course.

I would recommend you to introduce heat for warm-up amd final warm-down. Jelqing as warm-up works, but I think real deep heat softens the tissues more. Rice sock for 5 min is the easiest solution in my opinion.

And another thing: I recommend to make always two consecutive rest days, whatever number of on-days you do.

If you want to improve EQ fast, add some Kegel exercises.

The routine itself looks good to me.
