Hey guys,
I’m doing PE for quit a while and actually I’m not gaining anymore. I also have to admit that I was not so consistent during the last months.
I want to change my routine. Since I started with PE I never stretched downward. The lowest position I ever hold a stretch was 9 o clock on the LOT scale. You may ask me why I did so, I will tell you. I always stretched while I was sitting in a chair, so basically this was the reason why I always stretched my unit upwards.

Now here are my questions:
1.Do you you think I should change my routine and stretch downward?
2.In generally, how should I stretch downward? This might be stupid question. Should I do this while standing?
3.Is downward stretching dangerous? May be this is also a stupid question, for me it’s just weird to stretch downward.

For me stretching SO seemed to make me more fatigued than stretching SD

IMO, LOT theory is not accurate. I don’t do certain PE exercises according to my LOT. Downward stretching is great and should help with your base girth :)


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

How do you guys stretch downward? I can only see it while standing, if so I would have to change my whole procedure because I’m stretching while sitting. Stretching while standing is too uncomfortable.

Adapt. Stretch standing up for a while. But you can stretch downward while sitting if you want to. Sit close to the edge of a chair, so far that at least your nuts are past the edge. Lean back slightly and grab your dick with anoverhand grip and pull downwards. Not too hard eh?

Ok, this might be a solution. It’s better than doing downward stretches in a standing position for half an hour.

Do you guys think that downward stretching makes sense? Since you can read in all the PE theory threads that lig gains are limited and not for real because you are only changing the exit point. Upward stretches/Tunica stretches are better for long time gains.

What do you think?

I like the idea of anything that promotes the erection being as “vertical” as possible because I’ve found kegeling and focusing on g-spot during sex makes the girls go wild more. Not being able to straighten dick to parallel with body would reduce this ability to apply pressure to g-spot during missionary. I feel that lowering exit point and/or LOT for more wang protrusion would thus be less desirable than growth of tunica or greater protrusion of “inner penis” in unchanged direction.

Since 2 days I’m doing my new routine. I sit close to the edge of a chair to do the downward stretching that you guys described. I’m still not able to stretch downward. I don’t know why, it’s uncomfortable. I always end up stretching straight out.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried the palms down way when sitting at the end of the chair? Or try this mod, when sitting at the end of the chair bend over and place your stretching hand on the outside of your leg and grab your dick, if that makes any sense. And stretch downwards.

So far I only used the palms up way. Hopefully the palm down way is better.

Today I did it with palms down. It worked better than the last 2 days.

I still think I don’t get as much out of the stretch when stretching upward. I don’t know, may it’s because downward stretching is new to me and I always have stretched upward in the past.

May be it’s also in my head, for some reason I don’t stretch as hard as when I stretch upward, I think my penis will fall off when I stretch too hard downwards.
