Hi all,

Restarted again today after doing half-assed jelqing + Penimaster extender on and off for about 3-4 months about a year ago because I needed to move away for college. The jelqing I did for about a year so I gained a decent amount but it may have just been because I was a late-bloomer. The extender was getting in the way and I didn’t leave the house with it on anyway so I decided to go all out and buy a hanger. I’m waiting on my heat pad right now so, I’m doing all of my hanging in front of a ceramic heater while standing up and listening to my textbooks (being successful and getting those gains aren’t mutually exclusive boys). Anyways, I decided to start with a beginning clamping routine and also a minimal hanging routine (shoutout 5.5Squared) based on a previous one’s posted. Of course, I’m not doing them together because I know that the two are intense exercises. I’m planning on doing a pattern of alternating length and girth from cycle to cycle; length this cycle (4-5 weeks on, 11 days off) and then girth the next.

Here is my plan for length based on the excel calculator previously mentioned by the OG members: 24 ounces (0.17 mPA)

Current: 17 ounces (0.12 mPA)
* I begin applying heat around 20oz (1.25 ibs) Adding weight while the temp ramps up to my max heat weight of 24 oz (1.5 ibs)
* Adding half a plate every week to stay on the safe side.

Length Routine:
* 8 mins @ 15 oz (cold)
* 8 min @ 18 oz (cold)
* 15 min @ 20 oz (heated)
* 15 @ 22 oz (heated)
* 30 min @ 24 oz (heated)
* 15 min @ 34 oz (cool down)

Clamping Routine (directly from: Clamping 101 - The clamping guide):



Start: (11/ 04 / 20) @ 17 y/o - 4.3 x 4.5 (BPEL / EG, respectively)
Current: (02/26/22) @ 18 y/o - 5.1 x 4.5 (BPEL / EG, respectively)

Planning on getting my tailor’s tape this Monday to get my measurements and ordering a Stealth to prevent turtling from Adderall, ADHD medication, and Hanging. Whenever I don’t take my medication my flaccid length increases by a fair share but my erect is about the same. Hanging + ADHD meds are not a good combo for flaccid size (yikes). Stealth will help with that.


Significantly larger flaccid hang this morning. Might have been a result of sleeping. Got lots of homework to do so will likely just wrap it up in a homemade sheath for the rest of the day and hang at 8pm tonight.

Been off for a while. Had to do some important test stuff. Getting back to it starting today. No loss of gains since stopping. God works in mysterious ways.

Also new motivation. There’s this really cute girl in my chem class and I think she’s super cool. :) Hopefully, this stuff works out so I can show her the ding dong.

Got a Test this Tuesday. Got into it yesterday. Doing more today.

Hey so I haven’t been on in a while. I actually changed my major to computer science. Girlfriend just dumped me. Anyways, my current measurements at 5.4 inches x 4.5 inches the last time I checked but they may have increased to something like 5.7 inches x 4.5 inches. Have not done PE in a long while. I also grew 2 inches in height. Just letting you younger 18 year old guys know, that you still have time to grow vertically and down there too. I will say that it is insane that at I managed to gain 0.8 inches in 2 years from 2020 → 2022 utilizing the heat pad + hanging with weights for an hour a half a day and then utilizing the leg strap for extended ADS. I think at a certain point I was actually hanging for like 3 hours a day lol. I definitely did not do it the most efficient and did it the most brute force way, yet I think the results were good. Besides the ED caused by adderall, my ding dong was enough to land me a girl friend. Well ex girlfriend. See you guys in the PE gym.

Is it too late to change back?

Computer stuff is the stoop labor of the white collar world. Employers expect you to work 50 or 60 hours a week and only get paid for 40, which is how ‘salary’ works. "Long term" employment means a couple of years at most. You have to stay on the buzzword certification treadmill to get another job, which costs more of your time and money. When the company decides to cut head count, programmers and sysadmins usually get axed first. You’re always late, behind, or under-performing, as management continues to move the goalposts without bothering to let you know. And all the problems, particularly if management created them, are your fault, not theirs. And there’s generally no path upwards in the organization; you’re white collar, but you’re still a worker; not important like managers are.

Meanwhile, you’re competing in the marketplace with "remote workers" from India or Bangladesh, and probably Cambodia and Nigeria, who will work for a fraction of what they’d have to pay you.

I loved my years in IT at first, then grew to hate it.

There’s a book called "The Soul of a New Machine" by Tracy Kidder, written way back in 1981. It’s about the development process for a new supermini by Data General, and how broken the process was, using programmers and EEs like toilet paper, then throwing them away when the project was done. I saw that happen more than once. Too bad I didn’t encounter the book until long after I burned out. Nothing had changed by the mid-1990s, and I don’t think it has changed since then, either.

Your school library might have a copy. If not, tell them you want an "Inter-Library Loan." ILL can get books from most public libraries in the USA or Canada, and from many corporate libraries as well - I’ve gotten books from West Point, Colorado School of Mines, and General Motors Research Labs.
