Stats about my penis currently: BPEL of 6.75 inches and EG of 4.75 inches

-Newbie Routine Experience-
I have known about Penis Enlargement for a couple of years and have been interested in it on and off during that time. Around 5 months ago I decided to give it a try and so, as was recommended, I started the Newbie Routine. The first month was good as there was an increase in EQ and no negative PIs that I had to deal with which was great. I decided to measure on a monthly basis and found that I had gained 0.15 inches in length and 0.15 inches in girth putting me at 6.90 x 4.90 which I was very happy about. The second month wasn’t as positive as there was a few negative PIs but I rested appropriately and carried on until the end of the month and found my self very surprised by the results. I had gained another 0.1 inches in length putting me at 7 inches but my girth had shrunk 0.4 inches putting me at 4.5 EG. Not sure what to do I just continued and at the end of the third month I found my self back at 6.75 x 4.75.

-Crafting My Own Routine-
Because I thought that newbie routine didn’t work for me for the fourth month I made a routine copied off of others but obviously made a bit less intense as I was just starting out. The routine was comprised of a morning length routine of manual stretching and an evening girth routine of jelqing and such. I warmed up for 5-10 minutes before and after both of the routines and if there was any sign of negative PIs I would either dial down the routine the next day or take a break for that day. I did this for a month and a half and found that there was no change in my stats and there was even signs of negative PIs so I decided to go on a break. At the start of next week I will have taken roughly 3 weeks off and that is also when I will start again.

-Final Message-
For now I’m just going to do a lot of research and try and create a routine that I can slowly build up and hopefully see results. I will be updating this progress log weekly and any advice would be lovely. Thanks very much!

-Update Number One-

So it’s been a week and so far so good. In the end I decided to start off very light and build it up slowly because I think that is the best way to go for me. So I’m doing a 5 days on 2 days off routine split into a morning length routine and an evening girth routine. As you can probably tell I have taken a lot of inspiration from Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism and that is because I eventually want to build up to that. The morning routine is a 5 minute heat application and massage followed by 5 minutes of manual stretching in every direction and finally a 5 minute heat application and massage. The evening routine routine is a 5 minute heat application and massage followed by 50 2/3 second dry jelqs, a Uli hold thing for 30 seconds and then a 5 minute heat application and massage. I plan to increase amount of manual stretching by about 1.5 minutes a week and the jelqs by about 15 times a week. I feel like this gradual increase will work well as shown by my increased EQ this week. I plan to measure once a month. Peace.

-Update Number Two-

Sorry about the lack of updates I moved to university and was incredibly busy which resulted in me missing about a week and a half of routines but I am back on track now. Last week’s routines went well, but acted as sort of a refresher as I picked up where I left off so no significant PIs were noticed. As per usual I am going to continue to ramp up the difficulty of my routine slowly so I can eventually build a complex routine that I see results with. Unfortunately I forgot to bring stuff to measure so measurements aren’t going to be available until Christmas which I actually think will be good for my mental health. That’s all, peace.

-Update Number Three-

This week has been good; there are no signs of negative PIs and I ended the week on 9 minutes manual stretching and 95 dry 3 second long jelqs as my routine. It’s obvious based on my other attempts at PE that I am a slow gainer but for some reason today it has got to me especially and I feel pretty bad about it. My girlfriend actually said that she thinks I’ve gotten bigger but I know this isn’t true which has made me feel even worse. I’m quite young so porn has been quite prevalent in my life but I think it has negative effects on my mind so I’m going to try and slowly wean my self off of it. It generally gives men a bad body image of themselves but I think with a right mindset you can watch it and be fine. Currently I don’t think I’m mature enough and self confident enough so I will cut down my consumption of it and see if that helps. Peace.

Welcome to the forum man, when I started pe I was just entering uni as well. Are you sure you are measuring properly using the exact same techniques and in the same position? Gains can easily be lost or invented by changing the way you measure.

There is most likely a little bit of inconsistency with my measuring but I try and prevent it as much as possible. I do always measure lying down and with the same method but EQ may play a factor in it, who knows. Currently I’m not able to measure but I think that’s a good thing because it means I’m not constantly fixated on it. When I do next get around to it I will try and do it as properly as possible. -Update Number Four-

The week before last went well, no negative PIs, my penis felt good after each session and recovery was good. Last week I was a little inconsistent and missed a few sessions but I’m back on track this week so far. I’ve been having quite a lot of sex and masturbating a lot so I might take a deconditioning week next week but I’m not sure yet. Slowly but surely I’m still increasing the volume of work and I’ve even added a small amount of V and A stretches to my morning routine and I seem to be reacting fine to them. Currently at 10 minutes of directional stretches, 30 seconds of V stretches and 30 seconds of A stretches for the morning routine and 116 3 second dry jelqs and 2 30 second squeeze holds for my evening routine. -Update Number Five-

The past month has been good, I have managed to keep up with my routine and steadily increase it as per usual. I took one deconditioning week as it felt needed and just worked with everything else that was going on in my life. Going home soon for Christmas so I will be able to measure then. I don’t think I’ve made any gains which is unfortunate but I can;t say anything until I’ve checked. If I haven’t, I’m gonna feel really disheartened as it would have been 3 months of work for nothing. We’ll see. Peace.

-Update Number Six-

Stuck to my routine for the past week or two mostly, with a few inconsistencies. I’m finally back at home for Christmas but my sex drive feels really low at the moment and my flaccid is very small compared to how it has been for the past 3 months. Although I could, I’m kind of scared to measure because currently I don’t feel the best I have, in terms of my penis, for the past couple of months. I may stick to my routine for the next two weeks and if I feel like everything is going well I will measure. Unfortunately after those two weeks I will have to take a week break because of stuff going on in my life but it should be okay. My erections also feel pretty weak so for this weekend I’m going to lay off masturbating and hopefully by Monday I will be back to normal and I can resume my routine properly. Peace.

-Update Number Seven-

So I measured recently, did it as properly as possible and measured over a couple of days as well just to make sure. I have made no gains. Not gonna lie, I feel like shit about it. I know a lot of long timers experience plateaus and all that but for me it sucks because I have just started. I have poured hours into this and haven’t got any measurable results. Surely after 3 months of a consistent routine, appropriate rest days, listening to PIs and warming up and down properly should do something? I feel like giving up and also feel shit about my penis and my self in general and I don’t know what to do. Doing PE makes me feel like I’m doing something productive for my self but if it amounts to nothing what is the point? I’m going to take a little break and decide what to do, any advice would be super helpful.

Taking a break to reflect is definitely a step in the right direction. Also take the time to search for and read threads from those who have been through what you are going through. When you come back you might want to pick up a more advanced routine but its up to you. Between your own insight and the wealth of knowledge on this thread you should be able to find a solution, chin up💪

Unfortunately not everyone gains the same. Some don’t gain at all. Taking a little time off to decide your next steps is definitely a good idea. Also just wanted to say even though you haven’t gained the past 3 months weren’t a waste of time. So far you’ve figured out what does not work for you. That will hopefully help steer you into a direction that does work for you.

Not sure what your routine was at the end but if I had to guess you are going to have to up the intensity of your workouts. That could be time, force or a combination of the two. I agree with dicksoonthick that you should check up on some threads of people in a similar situation and see what they may have done to overcome not gaining.

Also your current stats are still pretty good. They are much better than mine were when I first started. 3 months in the grand scheme of things really isn’t a whole lot either. For me personally PE has become a lifestyle. Granted I have stopped several times for years at a time. Keep your head up. I’m sure there are gains to be had.
I’d say take a couple weeks off all together. Do some research and come back to it.

-Update Number Eight-

I want to start off by thanking dicksoonthick and jumbojim26 for the replies, much appreciated guys. So I’ve taken nearly two weeks off and have been spending it researching and thinking a lot about PE. Looking at a lot of different peoples experiences I have decided to take a different approach and mindset to this as a whole. Knowing that I am a hard gainer, rather than setting unrealistic expectations for my self I will set small goals and hopefully achieve them along the way. I’m going to try and enjoy each routine and just view it as a good way to spend my time so hopefully I will be more positive in the future even if I don’t gain much.

In terms of the routine I will be doing, I’ve decided to go for a length only to start with, utilizing only manual stretches. As I mentioned before it’s better for my self to focus on small goals and I think honing in on length is a good way of doing this. I’ve read about a lot of users gaining from high volumes of manual stretching so I’m going to experiment and find something that works for my penis. My favourite thing I have read so far from many users but notably from marinera is the idea of slowly going into the stretch and aiming on increasing FSL.

So today I warmed up then did 10 minutes of manual stretching, up, down, straight, left and right then 10 minutes of V-stretches really trying to ease into all the stretches with proper breathing technique. Then I applied more heat to my penis then did some casual stretching while watching YouTube so in total I probably did around 30 minutes of manual stretches. I’m also incorporating a small amount of jelqs just for maintenance and EQ. Anyways it’s 4 hours later and I feel good so I will report back after a week or two of experimenting with this routine. It has been nearly three weeks and all my PIs have been good and overall I feel a lot better about PE in general. The length only routine has been nice and I’ve been doing about 30 minutes of stretching a day with 1-2 rest days a week depending on how I feel. Letting the stretch really sink in feels amazing and really does feel like you are properly stretching the penis. Anyways today I measured and got 7 x 4.75 which is a length increase of 0.25 inches. Also when I was flexing I think I could get up to about 7.25 if I really tried which is also amazing. No girth gains is what I expected considering I am only doing a few exercises for EQ and maintenance. I’m not gonna focus on the gains too much and keep on going and enjoying my self along the way.
