Cockring makes the base of my penis huge, but leaves the rest the same size

When I wear a cockring the base of my cock swells up huge, gaining perhaps 1” or 1.25” of girth. But it’s only the base that changes in size, the rest of it stays the same. I figure with all of the clamping expertise on this website someone could offer some insight into why that happens.

I don’t know if there is any exercise or technique that could help spread that swelling around so my whole cock increased more evenly in size. Ideally the whole thing would get bigger not just the first inch.

They are pretty thin (but very tight), however I’ve experimented with using two at a time and with cable clamps (all at the base) while alone and haven’t had much luck getting the ‘bulge’ to extend farther down my penis. Any effects from the cockring also disappear soon after removing it.

Wear a metallic cock ring at least half inch wide and the diameter only slightly smaller than you erect length.

Why would a metal cock ring make a difference? I’m curious, but I know that they can be dangerous — I’m afraid to wear anything that can’t stretch or snap off

Stretchy cock rings are the most dangerous and ineffective. There are metallic cock rings that allow for quick removal, they are more expensive though. On the other hands those look stylish.
