Decon Break

Gaining very very slowly,,think it’s time for a break to see if the tissues and ligs will soften to start gaining again.

What’s your current rate of gain or are you not seeing any gains recently?

How long of a break are you taking?

I too have been on the slow side of gaining so maybe a break is what my body needs.

Over the years I haven’t took many breaks at all,but when I have took small little breaks.Sometimes there a week and sometimes there two or three days and the gains will come in very little maybe a 1/16 or maybe 2/16.Probably will ta 2 weeks to see how it goes. Was doing 6 hours a day with the penis master pro for 5 months.
