45+ minutes is a long time to stay still and I kinda got tired of trying to do work or watch youtube while doing static PE. Instead of trying to do something I’ve adapted some elements of vipassana meditation while I am pumping. Anicca :)

I’ve reduced pump pressure and i alternate between pump lvl 1 and 2. I haven’t used the heating wraps as i don’t get that cold anymore after these long low pressure sets as i did with high pressure sets. Obviously if i stay out during the day for extended periods of time at this cold weather my unit gets cold and isn’t so meaty. So i will try to wear a wrap during the day when i am out.

There is no point in doing more than 8 sets of pulse pulling as I’ve honed my routine and wrap so well that I reach heat fatigue early and keep it sustained for the last 3 sets. If i start feeling unbearable fatigue i just start pulling straight up instead of straight out and it just feels less intense. I have no clue to why pulling up feels different.

Pre BPSFL@4kg started to lag a bit until i hit 21 cm today. Maybe it is a first sign of a stall?

I noticed that most of the marked routines on the chart were wrong as I’ve read my paper notes wrong. I fixed them now.

I had to stop pumping because discoloration started to creep up. I’ll do a two week break where after every stretch session I do 50 jelqs. The discoloration would not bother me that much but there is a edge where you can clearly see it and it is right where the leluv silicone seal ridge is. So I came to the conclusion that I had to ditch the seal and pump without it.

Well without really trying if I could pump without the seal I thought that I had to get the intermediate sizes between 1,5” (38mm) and 1,75” (44 mm). Now obviously there are no pump manufacturers that make those sizes so I made my own. I bought some acrylic piping with different inside diameters from 40 mm to 70 mm in 2 mm intervals. It was way easier than I thought. I’ve made 40, 42 mm and 46 mm ones and I’ll make more if needed.

Now that I’ve tested w/o using the vacuum seal I found out that I can use the 46 mm one with ease. It’s like my BEG expands faster than my MSEG or BGEG. Maybe it was a waste of time to make the intermediate sizes?

I tried making elliptical cylinders but I could not distribute heat evenly and some broke and some became deformed. I think I would need to use an oven to heat the cylinder but do you need to take it out, put it in a vice? I need to do some testing.

Like I said last time, pre PBSFL seems to stall. I’ve noticed that I haven’t explained my measuring methods. Last session as a example:
1. I pre heat for 10 minutes
2. First measurement @4kg =20,6 cm (=”Pre-min-PBSFL-4kg” on the chart)
3. Do some pulse pulls to build up length
4. Last measurement @4kg =21,0 cm (=”Pre-max-PBSFL-4kg” on the chart)
5. Do the stretching routine
6. First measurement @4kg =21,0 cm (=”Post-min-PBSFL-4kg” on the chart)
7. Do some pulse pulls to build up length
8. Last measurement @4kg =21,85 cm (=”Post-max-PBSFL-4kg” on the chart)

All of this is for me to avoid getting frustrated if I get a stall and not to get over zealous when trying to measure. If “Pre-max-PBSFL-4kg” stalls now and “Pre-min-PBSFL-4kg” has gained 2 mm since last Thundersplace post then maybe it means that I haven’t concentrated on the pulls enough before doing the Pre max measurement. I hope I am making sense to you guys. It’s all about trying to avoid psychological draw downs because I know how I start to behave when I stall. I try to find new methods as a fix when there actually is no reason to do any adjustments.

Come to think about it I haven’t kept a consistent girth routine for the past 3 months… hmmm……

5. 8 sets of (with heat coil around the leluv cylinder) :
- 2 minutes pumping with my breast pump cyclically. Hold vacuum until pump cant increase vacuum- > release pressure for 1-2 seconds. Each set increase pump power starting from level 4 (~8 inhHG) until 11 (~16 inHG)
- let the pump run for 30 seconds without holding vacuum. Kegel fresh blood and try to get erection level higher.

6. Attach heating wrap loosely for 4-8hours.

Now that I got until January where discoloration won’t be an issue so I added the previous high pressure cycling routine on days when I pulse stretch. I’ll do some pumping on mornings and evenings if time allows it. I’ll start with a 40 mm cylinder and I’ll work my way up. I could use a bigger one but I’ll try the smaller ones first just to try them out.

Nothing special to add this time. BPSFL gains seem to continue without any issues.

I have been trying to avoid BPEL measurement for a looong time to avoid being let down but feels great to say that I hit 20 cm today. Plus I didn’t even really “build” up my erection that much like I did before. It was more like lets see how much is this erection and wham! 20 cm.

So I’ve stalled with BPSFL. I think I got a reason for it. I stopped concentrating on the heat these couple of weeks and had a few extended breaks that stopped my streak. As in instead of pushing the heat to lvl 3 on the heat coil I’ve just settled with lvl 2 or even 1. While I’ve stopped wrapping after sets, I don’t think it has anything to do with it. I just need to refocus.

Now high pressure cycling feels way harder than before. Meditating while pumping is really relaxing therefore it’s hard to do some “active girth PE” while you know you could just relax. I’ve upped the pressure and sets per day to see what happens. I am using a 42 mm (1,65”) cylinder.
