Routine tuesday 9 pm, Thursday 9 pm, saturday 6 am and sunday 9 pm roughly since 20th of august(changes in bold, removals strikethrough) :1. Vachang for 7 min @ 0,7 kg with heat “coil” wrapped
1. Attach hanger, heat without load for 10 minutes
(Measure with 4 kg force)
2. 8-12 sets of (with the heat coil) :
- 2 minutes of pulse stretching, loading up for 2 seconds and release for 1 second. No holding, just reach 3,5 kg and release.
- 30 seconds of rest with kegels and/or shaking my unit so some blood can circulate again if starting to feel too much heat. adjust heat coil temperature higher until can't handle it. Usually 15-20 seconds until heat feels too much

3. Release vacuum hanger
4. “light” clamping with heat for 5 minutes. I wrap the coil and a neoprene wrist around my cock and pulse press dorsally.
5. 8 sets of (with heat coil around the leluv cylinder) :
- add water inside cylinder
- 2 minutes pumping with my breast pump cyclically. Hold vacuum until pump can’t increase vacuum- > release pressure for 1-2 seconds. Each set increase pump power starting from level 4 (~8 inHG) until 11 (~16 inHG)
- let the pump run for 30 seconds without holding vacuum. Kegel fresh blood and try to get erection level higher.
6. Attach heating wrap loosely for 4-8hours.
Every 9 pm routine, except weekends and the times when I do the above routine
1. 5 minutes of light clamping and heat
2. 10-20 minutes of 5-7 inHG pumping with heat and water
3. Attach heating wrap loosely for 4-8 hours
Two week update instead of four as I’ve gained 3 mm BPSFL@4kg length and I am going to start using water with my pumping sets. This is to benchmark myself to see what happens. Plus for the past couple of weeks haven’t done my pumping sets as I’ve needed to correct some of the discoloration due to some “social” situations. Pumping with water in tube and also measuring it is almost impossible as water obscures measurements. I’ve decided then to measure in tube without water just before next update.
So I’ve pumped with air instead of water as it is a pain to keep it contained inside the cylinder. There are still quite a few problems with the process of pumping with water:
- Spillage during insertion is PITA
- Water temperature might be a bit too hot if using tap water, would be nice to have always the correct heat when going in
- If I need to fill the cylinder with tap water, I gotta do it before the stretching. I don’t like to carry the cylinder around the house even though my SO knows and understands what I am doing inside my office.
This thread got me thinking of adding a vachanger silicone sleeve to the bottom of the leluv cylinder to help me keep water inside. Spillage is almost completely removed and I can drop pressure to 0 inHG during rest without spilling all of the water out of the tube.
I bought a 14 litre water heater that can keep the water temp at nice constant 40 degrees celsius. I can fill it up and the water will last for a long time. The heater will reach it’s desired temperature with ease during my stretching phase and I can dump the leluv cylinder inside the heater so when I am ready to pump it is at perfect temperature. To fix insertion phase spillage, I’ve bought a 100 ml syringe and I can inject warm water after I’ve inserted my penis inside the cylinder.
The injection syringe requires some form of separate injection port to my pumps piping but I haven’t figured out a way to do it.
While stretching I tried if light jelging during the 30 second rest phase. Obvious result was that I could keep the heat coil at higher temperature setting. I expected that I could reach heat fatigue faster but not really as all the new blood cools the penis faster than the heat coil can warm it up and I got my first blister in a long time. As you jelg and kegel more blood, the head becomes fuller and fatter and when you pulse pull all of the pressure has to break out as a blister.
So my goal was to reach “heat fatigue” every time I do the routine as I’ve written in my previous post. I did not make it clear that after reaching “heat fatigue” I had to both reduce force and heat on my heat coil before I could continue. Even then I can’t continue without eventually removing heat completely.
That got me thinking that if I see consistent post BPSFL with being aware of heat fatigue then maybe I should focus on the _pre_ BPSFL heat? Maybe any sort of stretch without heat might be detrimental to gains. Rate of progress seems to be consistent and without preheat static hanging I don’t feel like I am “retracting” like I used to.
