I’ve been using an extender for 5 months now and I’m close to 600 hours but no results yet. Now I’m looking into “Clamping” and some “Hanging”. Please anyone who has had results and has experienced the same thing I’m going through. Please respond with the routines that sped up your gains. I love reading so feel free to go all out with routines of “Hanging”, “Clamping”, “Extending”, or even “Manual Exercises”. I would greatly appreciate it, also let me know which is the best “Hanger” and “Clamper” to get. I’m new to posts so I apologize if this post is all over the place. Thanks again.

I tried manual exercises years ago but once I bought the extender I didn’t want to overwork myself. @Jimmybob55

Time to start the newbie routine. It sounds like you’re in the “I want it now crowd”. It doesn’t work that ways. Take a few steps back and use the methods that have proven to give the best possible chance to have success.

Maybe try adding a 30 minute manual routine as well. I’ve done so and only use my extender for like 2- 3 hours nowadays. I do 6 sets of A-stretches, 6 sets of basic stretches all with 30 sec hold and finish it off with 60 dry jelqs which makes my dick hang really low and full for days to come.

I try to do this, or at least something every damn day as I don’t believe in rest days. Used to follow the newbie routine, Mem’s rapid gain mechanism, the more is more approach, the less is more approach, stretching only up or down for some months but have found what I’m doing now is giving me the best EQ, results and all day a much, much improved hang.
And like the mods say, this all takes time but I believe me adding my manual routine sped up the gaining process.
I started at around 6,2” BPEL if memory serves me right and now consistently measure 7,5” BPEL so I’m definitely in the ‘gainers club’ but won’t ever stop doing PE if only doing 30- 35 minutes of my manual routine, preferably every day.

Also I never use heat as I’m always wearing warm underwear keeping my dick nice, comfy and warm for the majority of the day which is key for me in having a big flaccid. I used to hate wearing sweat pants or skinny jeans but nowadays it’s basically all I ever wear and I notice people glaring at my package from time to time. This used to bother me but now I just think ‘stare all you want’ since I’ve become so much more confident in this area. Trial, error and TIME is key for you gaining I believe as we all respond somewhat differently to the exercises we apply on our units.

Also, just start considering this as a every day thing you just do for your penis health, me for one will most likely never stop as the gains comes as a total surprise most of the time.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

MDC, and Abdiel, thanks so much for your responses. Given this info I’m goig to combine the newbie routine with my extender and Abdiel thank you for going into detail about your own personal routine.

Ditch the extender for a while. Do the newbie routine solo. That’s just my humble opinion.

I find PE to be an extremely manual process/ practice….The dream of a ‘set-it-and-forget-it’ PE solution is just a dream. That’s what the gadget companies sell you on. Not to say that gadgets are a scammer, but they have their place. For me it’s been a constant practice of honing techniques and FULL MENTAL ENGAGEMENT with my cock for a session of about and hour, a few times a week. I’m only now starting to add devices(pump) to enhance the effects of the work I’m doing manually.

I’ve logged much less than 600 hours into this project, but I have gained a bit and I feel confident now that I know what to do.


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Titleist, thank you for your honesty. Right now I’m in the process of finding some oils that would be good for growth and my overall penis health whilst doing my exercises. Kavemonster, thank you for your advice as well I appreciate that you put how important it is to keep FULL MENTAL ENGAGEMENT just like when in the gym and focusing on a particular part of the body. It seems I missed a major step in this entire process but can make it with the guidance of people on this website who has had and maintained continued success.
