PE was stretches and some jelqs .
I was over doing again so he got a break . He’s smarter than me sometimes .

Did most of my p90x while there . Missed a couple .
Restart Tuesday . I should have read the next page , as I’m off by a month .

These are very basic . I’ll do this for a while till I get my shit more together . LOL !!!

Man , Had wood like crazy this morning !!
Probably an 8 EQ . I was so glad to see him happy !!!
So , I gave him a sac stretch , and some rotation .
He was getting wet and leaky . My supplements are doing their stuff !!

FR with DTR for 11 hrs . I’ve noticed that when I wear it for a while , He gets pinched .
And needs a good shake .

Okay , where to start this train .
I’ve been loopy lately . Haven’t been doing what I usually do .
What’s with that ?
Hmmm - change !

Okay , Start with the ole standard favorite , bpsfl , which is 6.55” tonight .
Had a real good horn this morning . Right before I really woke up , I had to grip him and do a slow rotary stretch .
He was fat and sassy in my hand . Good boy that pecker o’ mine .

DTR let him get away without any stretch today . Damn it !!
Yesterday he was on for 9 hrs . I worked alone , and had the place to myself , so he got attended to !

I guess I’ll restart p90x tomorrow . I’ll have to say this is a vacation since I’ve had 2 days off my routine .
Time has seemed to slip away quickly .

However , the club is my home away from home .

Also found that Vacu-Tech has a sale going on . I can get a pump for less than one I bought for a friend from lapump . I was wondering why things weren’t working out . Originally we were to get both of us pumps .

I’m sore from the club , so I’ll hit the shower after heating with my IR lamp and doing some PE .

6-21-10 - mid-night .
For some reason I want this to be short.
bpsfl - 6.55” . This seems to be a default measurement . I have to change this .
DTR was no where to be seen .
Club was the same .
The only thing happening was p90x . Chest and Shoulders & Ab ripper X .
I finally got back to it . I was much better at push-ups tonight .
And sit-ups in Ab-Ripper . I think because of the time off.

And as I sit here , I’m deciding to just do some squeezes tonight for PE .
I’m going to start playing with my girth .

Oh , News flash , I forgot .
I ordered an elliptical tube from Vacu-Tech . The funny thing is that they wanted a precise measurement for the tube . I was going to use mine from my signature , 5.75” base girth , using a sewing tape .
So , I used a string per their instructions . I was 6.5” at my base . WoHoo !!
So , I ordered the proper size . They have a sale going on , so I jumped .
Got my pump at Harbor Freight for under $40.00 .

In other news , I’m going to change the name of my article . It seems that people want proof of gains .
My article will help newbies and others to start a picture / progress log .
I’ll do it after this .

My IR lamp and Rice Sock will have me heated in no time .

I , apparently , can’t judge when I’ve done too much .

I was doing p90x and was very excited that I was able to do them much better than previous .

In my excitement , I really overdid with myself .

Today , I’ve got a cold . body aches , fuzzy brain , and no libido .

I’ve been sleeping all day . Just now after waking up from a 3 hr . nap , I feel somewhat better .

Still have a small headache . So , I’m going back to sleep .

I was going to do some PE , but fuck , I’m going back to bed .

PE : tonight is simple , rotary and directional stretches with kegals .

Did the club for range of motion and stretches .
Did nothing all day . Just rest .
No p90x , rest day . I’m too nuts with it . I’ll have to do my own schedule .

Woah , After doing my lazy ass stretches , he measured 6.6” .
Doing these slower is what I’ve needed to do .
Taking my time and really stretching my pecker .
I’m liking the paradoxical pull out theme . It does the job well .

Okay , enough !!
Did a modified PE routine .
Rotary and Directional stretches + Kegals - 2 sets . Done slowly .
Flaccid Compressive Squeezes - 2 - reps . Great head compression !! These are what shifts shape .
Flaccid Bends - 1-2-3 fingers . 3 Directions . L-R-D . These do a good ss too . especially the tip .
Inner Pulls - 2 reps . Flexing the inner penis along its length , into a U shape .
Squeezes , Bends , Pulls -30 sec. each .

For some reason I’m getting more specific in what I do .
Have I had a clue phone ring ?
From these few exercises , pecker has a greater girth at the end .
And is more symmetrical .
This is what I’m wanting . I’ve had this before while doing the FCS’s .
Only , this time I’m more specific with technique .

Had my skin stretched 6 hrs .
Had some wood this morning . Did a skin stretch and he got proud woody .
He’s 6.5” bpsfl .

Woke up with good wood this morning .

Had some work , finally .
Still haven’t gotten back at p90x . But I will !!! Starting the 1st .
That will be 90 days , more or less . But I’m saying 60 days .
I’m remeasuring the bod tomorrow . That will be the 3rd time since starting .
I’m happy where it’s taken me . I’m not as toned as I want to be , but I’ve made great strides .

Flaccid Comp. Squeezes - 6 reps .- 30 sec . each . pushing down on glans for expansion .
Flaccid Bends - 4 - 30 sec . - each . EQ about 4 for these .

I’ve requested Big Al to coach me . As soon as I find the members section , I’ll fill out my forms to start .
