DTRed for 5 hrs . Did 5 hrs about everyday in Illinois , so about 35 hrs. overall . Yeah !!
PE was stretches and some jelqs .
I was over doing again so he got a break . He’s smarter than me sometimes .
When I get too jiggy with him he pulls back . Trying to get away from the ‘assault’ .

I do 1 on , 1 off . Seems to be where I do best .
Did most of my p90x while there . Missed a couple .
Restart Tuesday . I should have read the next page , as I’m off by a month .
So , I’m starting at 8 weeks , again . I believe I’m where I should be , now !!

Bi’s - 20 reps. at 70 lbs.
Tri’s - 30 reps . - at 60 lbs .
Delts - 20 reps . -at 30 lbs .
Rows - 20 reps . at 100 lbs. 2 Sets
Chest - 20 reps . at 25 lbs . 2 Sets
Back Raises - 30 reps . Hand’s holding behind .
Assisted Chin and Dip - 10 reps each .
Leg Raises -side twist - 40 reps .
Hot Shower .
Did a light one , after yesterday .
PE :
Stretches - rotary and directional + kegals . 1 set .
One hand jelqs and V - jelqs - 1 Set each .
Comp. Flaccid Squeezes - 2 reps .
Inner pulls - 2 reps .
These are very basic . I’ll do this for a while till I get my shit more together . LOL !!!
I’m all over the place , what with being an Editor and a Moderator .
I want to be effective at these , so can you say ‘learning curve’ ?
